Tire Slitting Machine for Waste TBR and PCR Tire Recycling Project

This Waste Tire Slitting Machine is used to slit TBR or PCR into small sections, which will be fed to shredder for further size reduction or be fed to batch type pyrolysis reactor for higher loading of the tires.
Generally, when the waste tires are shredded by either 2-shaft shredder, or single shaft shredder, its output is in big sizes, it requires disc rotary sieve to sieve out the smaller size from the coarse size. The smaller size shreds could go to rasper for further size reduction and wire liberation, but the bigger sizes need to be transport back to primary shredder by belt conveyor for re-shredding.
With the application of this waste tire slitting machine, the tires were cut into sections. If feed this tire sections into shredder, the output from the shredder will be in small size, which can go to cracker mill or rasper directly without any sieve or recirculating conveyors be involved. In this case, the production of the shredder will be greatly improved. Furthermore, it saves the power consumption, and the blade life of the shredder is also extended.
