This apple cheesecake is my absolute FAVORITE! 🍎🍰 Every bite melts in your mouth and feels like a warm hug 😍 You’ve never tasted anything like this before!
INGREDIENTS & RECIPE
3 apples
Hello friends! Let’s bake this delicious Apple Pie Cheesecake together! 🙂
This recipe combines creamy cheesecake with the cozy flavors of apples and cinnamon!
What’s your favorite dessert to enjoy in the colder months?
20 g butter
30 g sugar
cook over medium heat
3 g cinnamon
220 g flour
120 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
140 g softened butter
1 egg yolk
cover with foil
refrigerate for 30 minutes
320 g cream cheese
120 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
40 g melted butter
water
80 g white chocolate
Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes before mixing it into the batter.
75 ml cream
2 large eggs
add one at a time, mix thoroughly
25 g vanilla pudding powder
You can substitute it for 25 g of cornstarch and vanilla flavoring to taste.
Leave half for later.
bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes
bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes
