well i saw them at the roseland theater for the dethklok/mastodon tour. i got to meet matt pike. it was an awesome moment for me, he was blazed as can be too. badass

And I'll show you how to tap. It's not about the technique, it's about the actual notes. The interaction of the vocal line and the (wonderfully simple) riff, the melody during the break, etc. I can play like that no problem; it's the writing part that's hard.

i went to gigantour for the sole purpose of seeing high on fire, and by the time i got out of the line and into the building, they had already played three of five songs. The rest of the night sucked, but megadeth was good. Doesn't matter, though. There coming to WPG in september (with Opeth of all people...) and i aint missing shit.
