The level of feeling in this damn song... It's pure epicness from start to finish, and a great way to lift your ass back up when feeling down. Fave HOF song without a doubt. Meshuggah's Straws Pulled At Random makes me feel the same way.
well i saw them at the roseland theater for the dethklok/mastodon tour. i got to meet matt pike. it was an awesome moment for me, he was blazed as can be too. badass
i got such amazing footage of their show.. like atleast 15 amazing ang videos only got to upload 1 short 1 b4 my computer froze and crashed.. fuckin steamed!!!!
i noticed the same thing! i was trying to figure out what it was or where it could be found. On the inside of Death is this communion vinyl it is the same shape with 3 pelicans...and then theres the neurosis sickle shirt..
@gex581990 Only reason I worry about Equipment others are using is as a musician, I might want to know what a someone is using. I understand where you are coming from, bro, but i take issue with complaining about others asking or debating equipment.
@Maglavar high on fire obscure? lol matt pike left sleep and made HoF, so everybody knew about them. Besides, popularity shouldn't matter when deciding if a band is good or not.
can you believe these guys went on first at Gigantour? They fucking slay almost every band on the lineup, possibly even megadeth... yet they went on before fucking job for a cowboy even... fucking so gay
i went to gigantour for the sole purpose of seeing high on fire, and by the time i got out of the line and into the building, they had already played three of five songs. The rest of the night sucked, but megadeth was good. Doesn't matter, though. There coming to WPG in september (with Opeth of all people...) and i aint missing shit.
I'm just stating this shits ridiculous, people need to just enjoy the music instead of worry about their equipment, genre, hair styles, and more trendy bullshit. your correcting someone on genres when genres shouldn't matter. modern media has ruined views of music so bad that people can't even listen to the music anymore and understand it. they just listen to it cause it fits their lifestyle of whatever trendy figure they are and use band members as someone to rip off. I'm sorry I ranted.
hey I'm sorry bro. I was drunk and in a bad mood. thing with the internet its hard to interpret what people's intentions in what they are saying and I jumped to a conclusion. you got to admit there are alot of mindless people on here tho.

I fucking love this song, and this is a kick-ass live vid. Matt's solo on this one is killer.
Pike's got the most aggressive playing style I've ever seen, it's really hard to imitate.
It was a bonus DVD on the Blessed Black Wings CD - you can find it used on Discogs I think
I Hope they never take this video out of here
