I this video, I have put the mic right onto the pipes entering the shower head for capturing that zszszszs sound when water flows through.
Based upon a request from one of my followers :)
Use for falling to sleep, for studying, working or unwinding

Growing up, I used to wrap up in a towel, turn on the shower, and fall asleep with my ear pressed against the cold bathroom tile so I could hear the water rushing through the pipes. (I wasted so much water 😬)
Never slept better in all my life. Gonna chase those pipe dreams forever.

I have been looking for this sound. I use to love to put my ear against my bedroom wall when I would hear the shower or bath. The water running through the pipes within the wall sounds similar to this.

Second comment in a night because food poisoning is still kicking my ass.
I just found this one and cried, my dad used to always lil me to sleep as a kid by putting me in a cozy chair against the backside of any shower wall then running it hot. It’s such a particular noise.
I’ve never heard a recording that quite captured it.
My dad passed 10 years ago but I still make my boyfriend or my mom run a hot shower for me to sit behind when I don’t feel good. Makes me feel like he’s still here telling me it’s safe to sleep.
I didn’t think I’d be grateful for food poisoning but I don’t think I would have found your channel otherwise.

The sound is incredible. It reminds me that when I was a child, my parents always took a shower just as I go to bed. The sound of the water calmed me and lulled me till i sleep.

I use to put my ear to the wall in the shower put a face cloth over my head and face and just listen to the relaxing sounds the pipes made it’s soothing I would fall a sleep standing in the shower leaning against the shower wall, it would help when I was in pain with my body to redirect my thoughts from the pain and focus on the calm with the hot water running over me. Thank you for this sound means a lot I can have the sound without having to get wet in the shower although that is all part of the experience for me too the hotwater and pipe sounds
