Goa: This guy tried hard to squeeze more money out of us

Completely screwed up the audio but still it's watchable I guess?
So this boat operator tried his best to convince us to go for longer rides with extra rates. There's no fixed rates for all these water sports, instead they ask us how much are we willing to pay. Kinda weird though.
