Thank you for your video. It's strange there are no comments here. If it's possible, can you please share your thoughts about Melbourne, Sebastian and Vero Beach? If you compare these three places, what cons would you think of? It is so hard to choose when you aren't familiar with the area... 😢. We were thinking about Melbourne, but now we see more and more videos and comments about how not safe the city is... So, we aren't sure if all the info is correct, actually.
Hi there! It looks like my previous reply never posted! 😱 so here is what i think in a quick summary- if you want more conveniences and options, and to be closer to Orlando then melbourne is your place- but you're going to battle traffic and a-lot of anticipated growth in population. Vero beach is sleepier, less people but also less variety in some ways. Sebastian is the 'sleepiest' and smallest. Very great for retirees or families that want a small town feel. Melbourne is safe. Especially compared to other parts of florida. Most people online nitpick the hell out of each place. I would feel perfectly comfortable walking around melbourne with my kids in tow. When i think of safety i think about what activities will i be involved in, what schools, what areas will i do my shopping... because i er city and town is going to have crime. I hope that is all helpful!
My nephew lives there.Might visit him during the winter. If I like it I might move there.Age 67
