On Saturday, November 12th 2016 The UFC Event (UFC 205, Alvarez vs McGregor) happened which gave Conor McGregor the opportunity to win a second UFC belt which has never been done before in the UFC.
Conor McGregor took this opportunity and faced it with pure confidence and hard work. This was one of his long distant dreams. To him, he was always a champion and always said to himself he would rise up and become the first person in UFC History to win the 2nd Belt. Conor’s Mindset brought himself to where he is now, and because of this, he has incredible confidence and self belief.
Now Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor, billed as The Money Fight, is an upcoming professional boxing super-fight between undefeated eleven-time five-division professional boxing champion of the world Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the current UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor. It will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada on August 26, 2017

The reason why you guys should be rooting for Conor is because he's a person they have always told him no too. An Irish man couldn't make it into the UFC, he couldn't beat a jiu jitsu fighter, he couldn't beat a wrestler, he couldn't beat the undefeated pound for pound best Feather weight in the world Jose also, there's no way he'll come back after losing to Nate diaz, there's no way he'll beat Nate Diaz in the rematch at 170 pounds, there's no way he will replicate being a two weight world champion like he was in Ireland , and now there's no way he can beat Boxing best defensive fighter of all time. Whenever you tell this man he can't do something he digs down deep, trains harder then anyone, never misses weight, and does what he says.

I feel like everyone loved and wanted Conor to win against every opponent except for Nate, I feel like in both fights the true mma fans who've followed to sport really showed their love for a fighter who's been in the sport for over a decade and he's more relatable of a guy and Conor was really the asshole during both those fights. And I'm a big Mcgregor fan and I've routed for him for almost every fight included 196 but I didn't during 202 nate won me over

Too soon to call it legacy.. but yeahhh - an exceptionally talented fighter.. if we avoid free title shots he got, becoming panicked wrestler and tapping before getting choked.. then I have to agree he took Aldo and Eddie Alverez real easy.. and they are hell of a fighter. If he defends his belts couple of times defeating Khabib and even give floyd a good fight then yes he is my top 3 fighter.

Thoe odds are obviously in Mayweather's favor, but tge more I think about it the more I believe McGregor has a legitimate shot. Not by just his power, but his ridiculous accuracy and his ability to connect on a moving target. If he can connect on Mayweather as he's bending at the hips to evade it could spell trouble.
