Hello :0- Thank you for taking the time to put this video together. I have been a resident of Vegas for over 12 years now and with that being said, Las Vegas in nothing more than a suburb of LA!!! The housing market has become overpriced as well as the traffic becoming much worse thanks to all of the folks from California who decided to move out here and overpay for houses that rest of us can no longer afford and a large number of them will not stay more than 5 years and return back to the Golden State.

Hi, thanks for watching! As a Vegas native, it’s been crazy to witness the growth and while a lot has had a positive impact on the city, there are some negatives that come with more population- traffic being one of them. It used to take me 20 min to be able to get from one side of town to the other, now it’s more like 35-40. We will continue to see Californians flee for a number of reasons, they’re going to continue to drive up home prices..
