Hope Murph goes well on the mountain this weekend.
Heartfelt, people that day loved this guy.
That was the definition of a perfect lap. What a drive, the car looked like it was on rails.
Always loved that livery.
Fuck that was some of the best cornering and rev matching I've ever seen.
great sounds and scenes when V8 supercars were Aussie creations.
That was a very skilled driver! A pleasure to see him race!
What a lap Murphy, great to see everyone out cheering murfThat was the era of the v8s h pattern and roar of that V8
watched this so many times
Its 2023 and 20yrs on and this lap is still One of the Greatest Laps of all Time .
This is one of my favorite videos on youtube. This is what racing is all about
One of the absolute best things about this series is that V8 sound. Hearing them climb up the revs and then bang down the gears from high speeds is just (excuse the corniness) “eargasmic”.
And that's one beautiful vy Holden Commodore with nothing left to give
Still the best shootout lap and best lap overall in my opinion. To do that with an H pattern gearbox was epic. That car was on rails, setup perfectly by an outstanding team.
He nailed that to the floor 🤜💥🤛
Amazing Murphy 🙌🙏 an the respect from the other teams WOW!!!! Never ever seen that before in any motor sport
What a driver , sheer skill and focus through every corner and the way he maintains his speed with minimal breaking
Still watching this in 2020!! Murph owned the mountain that day❤️
Stunning lap. From a great driver.
Man this thing was on rails!!!! So nimble and quick, love to see it!
You blew my mind that day murph.
I was there the year this happend and hearing that thing up the top of the mountain screaming sounded so sweet 😍
ABSOLUTELY AWSOME and I watch it two times a week on average and quite often still gives me shivers on the back of my neck!!
