It is fun watching old videos I missed, seeing the old house and knowing what it looks like in 2022 you get to appreciate how far you both have come in your learning journey.
You are both learning as you go be sure to ask lots of questions when you go to the hardware store also. You can never have enough knowledge to help you in your refurbishing. My husband and I remolded a few older houses through the years we had so much fun and we were on a budget. Today we are senior citizens retired and living in our 1800 sq. ft. log home we had custom built here in rural Wisconsin, USA on eight acres.
I just started watching and I subscribed. I love your channel because you are learning as you go and I think that happens for most people who are brave enough. Very good job so far. I can't wait to watch the other videos!
Hello from Australia. I have just discovered your channel and subscribed. I started watching from your house purchase video and am binge-watching now. You are both amazing. I look forward to catching up with your most current video :)
New subscriber here ❤️❤️ I too am binge watching your videos ❤️❤️ found your first video of you seeing your house for the first time and just had to know a year and half later how this great bargain has turned out ❤️❤️❤️
I subscribed and liking all videos. Hopefully your subs will go up and you can make a good living off of UA-cam. I don't know how you can work in the dark.
Yeah, I googled it sometime ago! But Despina calls is Grab Grab cause it grabs things and in Latvian language its Called Grābeklis, which she had to remember to ask for to my Grandma last year 😂
This is very inspiring. But sad to see homes in this type of condition cost > 50,000 and even up to 100,000 USD in my area. never mind getting 7 acres with it.
Good question! We mostly pay our bills from UA-cam and Patreon. But the renovation is from savings. Well was its kinda stoped now as we run out and just have to fight through the winter. We had applied for work but it would destroy this channel or any progress on the house as we wouldn't have time to do anything. Driving alone takes 2 hours a day away. So for now we are happy to be able to make videos and keep up with our bills 😊❤️
I think when fliming that video they were still in the process of buying the tool and supplies need to store repairs and just want to get the water pump running. Also, they young and learning as they go.

Right! You need to prime the pump or you'll burn it up.
The tool beside your shovel is an adjustable rake. I have one and I love it.
I was thrilled, when an old home I'd wanted to live in, in California, was being repaired to live in! lol
