Polish title of this song is "Pod Borem" Original (dialect Polish) lyrics of the song: Pod borem, pod borem Marysia stojała, Marysia stojała I białą chusteczką gałązki wiązała I białą chusteczką gałązki wiązała Mam ci ja, mam ci ja Trzech koni we stajni, trzech koni we stajni Pięknie się ustroje i pojade do niej Pięknie się ustroje i pojade do niej Jeden kary kary, kary karusieńki Kary karusieńki Drugi siwy siwy, siwy siwiusieńki Trzeci biały biały, biały bielusieńki Łoj Maryś Marysiu Ty kochanie moje Ty kochanie moje Kiedy ja cie widzę o inne nie stoje Kiedy ja cie widzę o inne nie stoje A jak ja już będę siwa siwiusieńka Siwa siwiusieńka Czy będziesz pamiętał że byłam panienka Czy będziesz pamiętał że byłam panienka Będę ci ja wierni nie roczek nie cztery Nie roczek nie cztery Jeno już do śmierci jakem charakterny Jeno już do śmierci jakem charakterny It's hard to translate it because it's old folk song in dialect (something like poem, it must be translated poetically :) ) but more or less it's about (not literally translation, rather kind of description): Next to the forest Marysia was standing, And she tied the twigs with a white handkerchief, I have Three horses in the stable, I'll dress up beautifully and I'll go to her One of my horses is black, the other is grey, the third is white, O, Marysia, you're my love When I see you, I don't care about the others, And when I'll get old and I'll have white hair, would you still love me? I will be faithful to you not only one year, not only four years, I will be faithful to you until I die, That's my character! (and that smile at 1:50 :) he's in love and proud of himself and his faithfulness :) ) The Russian version is very similar to the Polish, the differences are small and irrelevant.
it is lovely when smiling, it is even more handsome when not, looks good, sounds even better, totally great presentation, great artist, though in uniform.
Perelka w repertuarze pana Bielajewa. Usmiech podczas wykonania bezcenny, " Kak tebia uvizu nikavo nie nada". Piekne wykonanie "Pod borem pod lasem" z repertuarze zespolu Mazowsze.
It's a shame that the Alexandrov choir of today pales in comparison to the original. It's smaller, there voices are not as good and they dont have a full orchestra like they used too. A shame. :/

Original (dialect Polish) lyrics of the song:
Pod borem, pod borem
Marysia stojała, Marysia stojała
I białą chusteczką gałązki wiązała
I białą chusteczką gałązki wiązała
Mam ci ja, mam ci ja
Trzech koni we stajni, trzech koni we stajni
Pięknie się ustroje i pojade do niej
Pięknie się ustroje i pojade do niej
Jeden kary kary, kary karusieńki
Kary karusieńki
Drugi siwy siwy, siwy siwiusieńki
Trzeci biały biały, biały bielusieńki
Łoj Maryś Marysiu Ty kochanie moje
Ty kochanie moje
Kiedy ja cie widzę o inne nie stoje
Kiedy ja cie widzę o inne nie stoje
A jak ja już będę siwa siwiusieńka
Siwa siwiusieńka
Czy będziesz pamiętał że byłam panienka
Czy będziesz pamiętał że byłam panienka
Będę ci ja wierni nie roczek nie cztery
Nie roczek nie cztery
Jeno już do śmierci jakem charakterny
Jeno już do śmierci jakem charakterny
It's hard to translate it because it's old folk song in dialect (something like poem, it must be translated poetically :) ) but more or less it's about (not literally translation, rather kind of description):
Next to the forest
Marysia was standing,
And she tied the twigs with a white handkerchief,
I have
Three horses in the stable,
I'll dress up beautifully and I'll go to her
One of my horses is black, the other is grey,
the third is white,
O, Marysia, you're my love
When I see you, I don't care about the others,
And when I'll get old and I'll have white hair, would you still love me?
I will be faithful to you not only one year, not only four years,
I will be faithful to you until I die,
That's my character!
(and that smile at 1:50 :) he's in love and proud of himself and his faithfulness :) )
The Russian version is very similar to the Polish, the differences are small and irrelevant.
Thank you for this!
Феерическое исполнение; чувство, что ты на небесах. Е.Беляев несравненный, какой голос!

Беляев мой земляк с Клинцов, это чернигово-сиверская земля
Baleful is great a fabulous tenor who could give great lessons
I always find myself whistling the tune of this song while I walk home. It keeps me warm no matter how cold it gets.
If only Велаев was still with us.People like him are too good for this corrupted world.
Is it possible to obtain lyrics, for this amazing song?
Eterno Belyaev

It's a shame that the Alexandrov choir of today pales in comparison to the original. It's smaller, there voices are not as good and they dont have a full orchestra like they used too. A shame. :/
That's mainly because they all died in a plane crash.
Stillemere This comment was made before that tragedy.

Wait, if its polish, how is it being sung by Russians? No racism intended but I find it weird.
I can only imagine they've translated it from Polish. I don't know how that could be a question?
