What a win for Geylang and credit to Vincent who survived second half with a strapped up hamstring. The pitch at toa payoh is so poor you cannot pass the ball or even dribble and have to resort to long ball punt. The pitch is better for rugby and not suitable for football feel sorry for balestier who recruited lightweight players rather than physical to match pitch and long ball style required and if decent pitch Geylang could have been double figures Zizul missed chances where the ball does not run true at at it skips and bounces when one on one with the goalkeeper due to the poor surface a striker has no chance to a composed finish.. Credit to travelling Geylang fans today and good to see so many safe journey home.
