very nice to see caitlin along side our favorite 2 ladies emma and sarah she was a nice addition to the team also it was nice to see all these cool and fun places in tokyo and niigata another great video from TC!
Japan is a fascinating destination with a rich culture and history, and there are so many incredible places to visit and things to do. From the bustling streets of Tokyo to the serene temples of Kyoto, the picturesque landscapes of Hokkaido to the vibrant nightlife of Osaka, there's something for everyone. Whether you're interested in trying delicious Japanese cuisine, exploring ancient castles, or soaking in a hot spring, Japan is a must-visit destination that will leave you with unforgettable memories.
Echigo Yuzawa is such a nice country town, mountains all over, short walk from the trainstation there is an overpass where you can get somewhat of and view with little effort. not to mention it's one o fthe sake station! amazing place totally recommend evryone having a day trip there specially if you wanna try many sake's in a short time and maybe bring some bottles home, deffinitly the place to do so.
Oh wow, what great spots. I think my favourite was the restaurant at the end, the presentation of the food just looked so magical. Fabulous to hear we could get vegetarian and vegan food there!
Aw thank you! This was my first time filming with Sarah, and rat time meeting Emma.. they’re so so so nice and such genuine humans! Loves seeing them ❤
I always enjoy trips with lots of activities so this was a treat! The camera work seemed better than in previous videos, which made it a more pleasant watch. Gorgeous scenes from inside teamLabPlanets! What I didn't like so much, however, was the 'advertisement-style' presenting. Made it seem artifical and awkward. Looking forward to more adventures, though!
Hey ... keep Caitlin ... she fits the groove and whats with Emma's call that Sarah is a lightweight in the Sake stakes ? .... any Aussie girl does well
Yay Caitlin's here! Love this trio. And always love TC videos (though I'm late to the party this time haha). Trying not to cram too much into my next trip so may just be convinced to make it a longer one instead to fit Niigata in! 🤩
I planned to go to teamLab before a concert in 2019, but I decided against it since I didn't want to get my clothes wet and then have to stand at a concert for hours. Next time I need to plan for it.
Everything looks beautiful and so much fun, but that art exhibit doesn't seem accessible at all if you need a rollator or wheelchair. :c But the food! the infinity pool! The ryokan and the onsens!
teamLab looks like a lot of fun! Each area looks enjoyable but also looks somewhat scary if alone. The other spots are awesome too with the skiing and the pools (the fact that the pool is near the edge of the building makes me feel uneasy though). The food looks good as well and it's making me hungry.
Yesss bro I was gonna say the same thing! Love these people but videos like this and another one I remember that was a suntory ad really tripped me out.
The art thing is super interesting, but even in Japan I'd still be worried about getting a fungal infection in that water... just cannot let go of the thought of putting my feet into warm water that a bunch of other people is also going though. :P Smaller foot baths in onsen towns with flowing scalding hot water, that's a bit easier to take, not so sure about an art installation like that. xD Everything else, top notch! 👌 Also, welcome Caitlin! :D
I'm guessing you're talking about the exhibits in the beginning? In my experience, sensory overload is definitely a thing for us, but it takes quite a lot for it to get anywhere near genuinely distressing/damaging. To me, all of those rooms just looked super fun to be in, like places that are completely removed from reality, where you can be enveloped in something otherworldly for a while. Though, I'm guessing those same things I'd love to experience might be things others would absolutely dread.
I believe it is because tattoos are associated with the Yakuza/crime/culture in Japan really. Some places are fine with tattoos but most ask you to cover it up
This trip was a blast! Which of the featured places would you like to visit? We'd love to hear so let us know! :)
Were you guys being pa(trolled) by the fun police or what? 👀And no, it wasn't because of anyone on camera whatsoever. :(
Def. TeamLab. Saw one installation in Denmark once, and it was amazing. I would love an entire "house" filled with experiences like that
All of them! Except I'd be hiking in Niigata instead of skiing 😅
Please visit Bandai Pier and Niigata city
I loved all of these spots!! Was so fun filming together with Caitlin! 💛 Welcome to the TC FAM!!
Omgggggg I had so much fun exploring Tokyo and hitting the slopes with TC🎉🎉 I hope to see Sarah and Emma again soon 😊
Ooh I live in Niigata city!!! ❤❤❤
Had a lot of fun filming this one with you guys!
Where are we going next!? 😁
Her Atlas & Tokyo Creative Just Make Sense! So happy this collab happened! Iwakuni in the House 🗾
omg yes it does!!! an OG!
Thanks for taking us along with you on your travels. Always stay safe wherever you are.
Sarah, Ema and Cateline talk about the ultimate pretty eyes contest
This is such valuable information - I had Niigata on my list to visit, but now it’s for certain!
very nice to see caitlin along side our favorite 2 ladies emma and sarah she was a nice addition to the team also it was nice to see all these cool and fun places in tokyo and niigata another great video from TC!
So excited to see her atlas working with TC!!
Her Atlas with TC?! The collab we didn’t know we needed 🫶
Visiting soon and TeamLabPlanets was already on the list!
Omg, Caitlin, so chilled and professional in a team environment... 10/10

That golden hour looks epic
I started the video in the Shinkansen, and yesterday I was at the Team Lab Planet. What a coincidence!
Art exhibit looks great, I'll have to visit.
Yey Caitlin! So excited to see you with Tokyo Creative! ❤️
Hey! Thanks so much! Emma and Sarah were so fun to shoot with the first time... maybe there will be more in the future!
As a dutch person it´s funny to see a dish labeled as ´Dutch´. It looks amazing but I´ve never had that in my life 😂 pancakes here look different.
It's a historical mispronunciation of Deutsch, which is priceless imo.
even so never saw it in germany either if its deutsch tho- but yeah the dutch ones sure are different lmao😂
Caitlin was great! Loved the captions whilst eating 😂 Great ep!
Love the light colored tie dye jacket
This video was pretty cool. Congratulations.
OMGGG YOU FINALLY GOT CAITLYN IN YOUR VIDS!!! AAAAAAAAA

Montage music is spot on
Everything looked so great, I hope everyone had an amazing time, I’d like to see everything in person
Finally seeing Caitlin’s feature…I remember her showing behind the scenes bits. Love her content!
Yeyhhhh, finally Her.Atlas 😍🤩
OMG...YOU'RE HERE?! heyyyy
@@heratlas of course 😄 soaking up every ounce of Japan I can - dream-planning a visit some time in my life ✈
Oh wow, what great spots. I think my favourite was the restaurant at the end, the presentation of the food just looked so magical. Fabulous to hear we could get vegetarian and vegan food there!
Wow. This video sounds and looks great! Fi ally some good quality
OMG CAITLIN! How cool to see you in a TC video 🎉
Her Atlas’ presenting style compliments well with Emma and Sarah’s! Sorano hotel looks very bougie.Definitely looks worth a stay
Aw thank you! This was my first time filming with Sarah, and rat time meeting Emma.. they’re so so so nice and such genuine humans! Loves seeing them ❤
We went to team labs last week. Very cool place
I love how ”mhmm!!!" Has become universal language for describing tasty food lol
Such a nice surprise to see you guys together❤❤
Orchids to onsen. Epic adventure.🐠❄🎇🎋💎
What a magnificent trip
Oh fun! I used to watch Caitlin’s videos. They are pretty good.

Perfect trip to Niigata.
Somehow I missed this video when it was posted. Was it private initially?
Hey ... keep Caitlin ... she fits the groove and whats with Emma's call that Sarah is a lightweight in the Sake stakes ? .... any Aussie girl does well
Dutch pancake it looks like a Yorkshire pud

I had no idea there was anything like that rooftop onsen in Tachikawa. Definitely would have checked it out when I was staying there if I knew
Great trip gang gang
This is actually a good one. Idk whats wrong with the algorithm.
I planned to go to teamLab before a concert in 2019, but I decided against it since I didn't want to get my clothes wet and then have to stand at a concert for hours. Next time I need to plan for it.
do they do anything to offset the huge amount of power they must use in that place?
Everything looks beautiful and so much fun, but that art exhibit doesn't seem accessible at all if you need a rollator or wheelchair. :c But the food! the infinity pool! The ryokan and the onsens!

So how is the après-ski? Looks like Japan could use a good Austrian style bar there.
This video feels different. It feels like advertisement than a sponsored video
I'm guessing there's more restrictions when the sponsor is a government entity
Yup.
Yesss bro I was gonna say the same thing! Love these people but videos like this and another one I remember that was a suntory ad really tripped me out.
"And if you have a tattoo, just be sure to cover it up."
Me with a sleeve and a half...
Looks like you need a rash guard!! That's what my husband wears if they allow bathing suits, ha!
Which month was this video filmed? We wonder if we can go niigata in end November to experience snow
This was filmed in January! November might be a little early for snow!
The art thing is super interesting, but even in Japan I'd still be worried about getting a fungal infection in that water... just cannot let go of the thought of putting my feet into warm water that a bunch of other people is also going though. :P

Very family friendly, she says while someone very noisily murders a small child
Thank you so much for this! I’m a Southern Californian who has never been to Japan, but my grandfather was born in Niigata. ❤
Bit of an odd question maybe but do you know if team labs has a tattoo policy? They are in my case not coverable and some would be in the water 😅
Tokyo Labs is like Avatar the movie in real life
The dutch pancake does not look like dutch pancakes
Snowboarding is more fun haha
❤😊
Looks like a shrooms simulator 😂
nobody:
me at teamLab: getting naked, sitting down and experiencing that famous onsen culture
The time I went there I was wearing long tight pants, they lent me sport shorts idk if they still do that
so is "sensory overload" not painful n traumatic 4 neurotypical people? it feels good instead?
I'm guessing you're talking about the exhibits in the beginning? Didn’t know that.. makes sense

Did you guys not wear masks in the enclosed areas?
Thousands of visitors. Bare feet and wet floors. Sounds like a recipe for foot fungus like in public showers. lol
You'd hope that the water is treated somehow..
@@mysticode I would assume it is chlorinated. But the parts where you go in and out of the water are the hotspots.
Barefoot???????
Who’s here after watching trash taste?
