Knitted lace top jumper; method with knitting machine: part 1

This pattern has been made from my child’s drawing. All the measurements and instructions are given for 7-8 year old🧶.
Gauge: 1cm equals 4,5 rows and 3 stitches.
Front and back (till neck cut is similar):
Cast on 104 stitches and 20 rows for ribbing 2x2.
Knit plain fabric from 20-160 row.
160 row: start pattern: transfer 1 from left and other ftom right onto midle stitch, and repeat this after every 3 stitches till the end off the row.
161 row: knit 1 row
162: repeat row 160 but switching 3 together where was 3 plain left:
Pattern scheme:
3tog, 3 knit, 3tog, 3 knit
Knit plain
3 knit, 3 tog, 3 knit, 3 tog
Knit plain
Knit this pattern till the neck.
For arm cut:
170 row: Reduce 3 stitches on the left side of knitting
171 row: reduce 3 stitches on the right side.
172: reduce 2 stitches on the left
174: reduce 2 stitches on the left
Starting from row number 178 start reducing 1 stitch on both sides every 4 rows till the end (neck)
Neck line for back:
200: push needles into E position from 10th needle to the left (10th needle from 0 in the middle), set carriage for partial knitting (here on brother it is H). Push 2 needles every 2 rows till row 222, then reset stitch counter back to 200 and mirror knit left side.
Neck line for front:
Start neckline at row 190 by pushing neddles starting from 5th. Push 2 neddles at row 192, then every 2 rows 1 needle till end.
Row222: knit 10 rows and do ribbing 2x2.
