This property was up for sale not many years ago for 12 million euros but it didn’t have the man cave, still don’t get it how a property can increase in value by this much just because of a man cave. Well over priced if you ask me but yes a beautiful property.

I saw this house for sale some years ago through a tv program and the price was about $8 million. That was with the cave included so how come the price now has been increased to $41.8 million ???
