I live in Ontario Canada and when your song run away to Mars first came out I was so taken by how wonderful it was I tried getting my local radio station to play it your song blasted from every room in our house 4 weeks I knew you were going to make it big with this song I am so incredibly proud of you

I spent a majority of my adult life working in EMS and in that, worked A LOT of concerts nd met A LOT of 'stars'. You are, by far, the most genuine and nicest star I've met. Mars got me through my wife being gone for extended periods for health reasons, and when you were in Syracuse and I told you that, your response meant the absolute world to me. Thank you for being an amazing human being and just making some fantastic music!! (I listen to everything you've put out and it all rocks!!)

Run away to mars really helped me threw loosing my best friend who passed away from depression this past year, I played it on the way to his funeral with the windows down thank you so much for it I’ve commented this before but I truely want to say thank u because it brings me comfort even in the hardest time of loosing him ❤️
We've all done this. Rode a bike, rode a bus, drove a car & thought about ones we've lost. Maroon 5 did it, Pearl Jam covered it & Puffy missing a friend he'll see again. Now TALK gets it. This works BETTER then ever for so many topics, this one specifically:

TALK, thank you for sharing Run Away To Mars with the world, some of us who are broken and hurting needed this healing badly. It blew me away, it resonated so deeply in me that I cried when I first heard it. More amazingly, I still do even now countless plays later. I have complex PTSD, I'm neuro divergent due to being an extreme child abuse survivor. It's maimed my relationships in life because my distrust of genuine love or being loveable, means I tread over thin ice like a frozen lake, leary to miss step and fall through, in my relationships. There's a brokenness that only time and sacrificial love can heal and the journey isn't for the faint of heart. Most of us self sabotage because we can't ever trust anyone fully. This song is a gift, thank you.

I had no idea how much she'd love the song, she's only 11, but she really loves it and I fell in love with it the first time I heard it, so we listen to it often and I know she's feeling the same way I am as we process this so it makes me sad but also grateful there's songs like this that help us. Your music has been a big inspiration to me creatively lately. I've spent years arranging cover instrumentals for singers and I've always struggled to compose completely original ideas, but Run Away To Mars's style and performance helped me look back on genres that I really love and simply think about why I love them, and that's just what I needed to get new original ideas!

I heard you on the radio with run away to Mars . And I started to cry because it reminded me of my best friend who passed away from a heroin overdose. I miss him everyday. Listening to that song brought me joy and comfort. Thank you for you everything you do.

@@iamtalk - the first 2 times I heard the song, it was the chorus that brought me to tears (while driving). It spoke to the loneliness and emptiness I've felt the last couple of years (20 months of unemployment due to COVID, and then the loss of my parents 3 weeks apart just a year ago). I'm keeping an eye on what you accomplish in the years to come. Hopefully you get a chance to tour Texas (but try to avoid the 100F / 40C summers).
