The important thing to note, is that both Road and MTBing only exist for one true purpose and that's to get ready for the most important/fun/hardest discipline ....cyclocross!! :)
Mtb for taking in the scenery and a full body workout, road for taking in the scenery, and scructured aerobic workout. They're both great in their own way, but personally, mtb is much more fun.
I used to race downhill and mountain bike every day. But that took driving to locations to ride. Road biking I can leave my house and ride anywhere I want. Both are great activities! 🤙🏾
I would love seeing more mtb videos!!
I think we could mix that in!
@@Ejstrainingcamp that's amazing!! Keep up the hard work
I think a MTB vs road bike race is in order 😈
Two races. On a crit course and then on a downhill MTB trail
Try to win a XCO race this year
😂😂😂 i would stand no chance
Great analysis, fun guests!😂
Mtb in the rain or the wind is better than on the road. Road biking from your door to anywhere is easier than having to ride or drive to mtb.
They each help to improve the other. That is why i think they are both important for a better overall cyclist.
Gotta come ride in Chico
Yooooo EJ ! mountain biker has it when it comes to skill but the road cyclist got it when it comes to the fitness side. Both fun!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Petaluma represent! Let’s ride washoe house
Great video, however, I am all road, no dirt.
Mtb is more fun. I only ride road when my trails are muddy. I dont ride muddy trails out of respect for the maintenance crews.
I do both but way more mtb. I think gravel on a mtb is awesome!
What an incredible crash opening shot
MTB:
"I'm going to some road kms for fitness."
"Yeah that's a pretty good plan."
Road:
"I'm going MTB this weekend"
