7:19 It's very interessting, that Nordic Skiing does so much tempo/sweetspot training (lactate: 2.5-3.5 mmol/l). In cycling this is the grey zone and very bad when done on a regular basis.
EJ 100 psi / 7bar TPU tubes and Clinchers. Is Quicker than Tubeless Tyres & Sealant at 60psi. The Valve & Sealant weigh More than a TPU tube, and lower pressure is less rolling resistance. Get Back On Tubes. Much Quicker, Save Some Watts and it's Much Safer than Tubeless.
Why would you run that much pressure tho? Im on TPU’s, 73kg (7.5kg bike) so ~82kg including bottles and kit and im on 4.7bar on the front and 5bar in the rear. Its the running over 6bar on 28mm tires is just something from the past… unless you’re 85-90kg you dont need more than 5-6bar
