If we would want to solve the DE, would we take the exponent of both sides?
My Book simplifies the answer a lot. And it doesn't seem to benefit the problem much. It doesn't solve it for y or x or c. just gets rid of a couple ln's

the second term on the right side of the equation at the end should be -v(v-1)^-1 not -(v-1)^-1
