Would you ever consider doing a segment called "Slept on Sundays" where you go over cards and sealed product that you believe are great investments that everyone is sleeping on/not paying attention to? You make great and much needed content man, just a chill dude spittin facts.
Always relaxed, to the point and informative.. its a nice change from the "hype" tubers always acting out, stalling 8mins to open a single pack. etc. I know a lot of these youtubers likely have a majority fanbase of kids, that is understandable, as a lot of the theatrics are part of that ofc. No hate.
This style of content imo is much appreciated in the space sir thanks for being a professional 👊

Such good questions, and even better answers ;) Love your content! My question: Do you grade yourself, and if so, can you show what you grade and why.
I wonder if this is a video idea you'd like to do, in case you also grade yourself. I would love to see a video explaining why you grade what you grade. Show us the quality of the card in detail front and back and explain why you'd send it off to grade and what your expectations are. I think that would be very interesting, but maybe totally not your style of video. I am always unsure if something could get a 8, 9 or 10. I know noone knows for sure, but I'd like your take on it! :)

Love watching these videos, keep em coming. I recently got back into the hobby and I’m loving completing sets, or trying to. I spent a bit too much money completing the 151 sets (both en and jp), but for SV TM I think I got it down. 2 ETBs, 1 to open and 1 to display, and one booster box. That’s 45 packs, good enough to get all your std cards, most exs and a few SIRs (I pulled the Greninja too!). The rest you buy in singles. You can also buy all the reverse holos in a set, but I prefer hunting them down one by one in TCGplayer. Is this a viable strategy?

Revised Question -> I just had the Japanese Erika's Invitation SAR from 151 graded through CGC. Do you believe there is will be a big market later on for a Japanese CGC Pristine 10 cards from 151?

Great video! I'm so glad that I decided to pump the brakes on all SWSH era cards and boxes at the start of May. I think prices will continue to come down more over the long summer months when the attention on Pokemon lessens to a degree. I think there will be better prices in the coming weeks for the cards I want.

What type of protective cases do you use for your sealed products? I’m mostly a binder guy, but I do have a couple sealed Japanese booster boxes and Pokémon center ETBs. I was surprised how difficult it was to navigate cases after my first purchases.

(Repeat question) Hey what's up bro. Do you think the pokemon poker cards are a good investment? Some sell for hundreds of dollars as far as Gengar Mewtwo Pikachu. Especially the Charizard it sells almost at 1k. If they are selling for this much now even tho people really don't know about them. Maybe they sell for higher in the future when they get more popular? So potentially a good idea to buy the good ones right now?

I have a a couple of loose packs of ex holon phantoms. Sold a few but one of them has a line of glue on from many years back when it was posted from a line of tape. Now do I 1.sell reduced [im finding it hard] 2. Try to clean up if possible 3. Open it and take the risk 😅

Question: can you expand on your thoughts concerning PSA upcharging (note BGS doesnt.) To me, its an unethical money grab and incentivizes them to grade higher to incur the upcharge. Its also worth noting they dont downcharge when a card grades *lower* than the submitter thought..

Team rocket is dangerous and over hyped guys. Celebrations failed because they basically just reprinted vintage cards and the same exact thing could happen again they could just reprint famous rocket cards and if they do stay very far away from it. IMO just keep going in on 151 that’s a very safe investment. (English not Japanese, English is 50x better)

Been follow for a month as I'm getting into Pokemon with my son who loves to open packs. My local shop has SV base ETB for $20 and packs for $2. Is there a price that it is better to buy packs to open rather than buy individual cards? Do you think buying individual packs could be a good investment?

Remember if you buy cheap stuff yes it will go up but it is not liquid do if you need to move off it it will take a long time to sell or you will sell for a big loss so in aspects 5 bucks a promo when u picked it up for a buck u might have to sell for 250 . Or wait long time. Sometimes quality is better then quantity.
