Hi mam, For an Alzheimer's diagnosis,if they are not giving the correct answers to Disability part,so do we need to put it as Alert or Confusion in NEWS Chart?
Compliments of the season. Although am yet to do my exams, I have found your videos very educative. Please how do I go about holistic assessment without running out of time?
Thanks, for holistic assessment ,do more practice with a timer and also learn about all nursing problems and already build a understanding about how you will address them on exam day to save time.
