Depends. If you really really love chocolate, definitely do not eliminate it. If you have extreme caffeine sensitivity, consider lowering intake. Chocolate also provides magnesium and joy. So it’s a balance!
I have PCOS so I have more testosterone. 😔 Thanks for this resource! Great point on caffeine as well- I had two whole days of hot flashes because of drinking instant coffee. 😳
@@CycleCoachAcademy - I believe cortisol has been able to keep me alert during highschool and college so far. It’s getting a bit more challenging for working in corporate environments though. I’ve started drinking adaptogens and consuming sugary foods more to stay up :(
@@SamriBliss I hear that. It's very challenging to live healthy working in corporate jobs. However, adaptogens are a great way to help your body cope with the stress! Good job!
@@CycleCoachAcademy I put chicory powder into plant based milk 🥛 warm it up on a pan and enjoy it, to me it's better then coffee ☕️ 😍 although that did cost some time to love it this much

I don’t think that I do as my cycle is normal and I get cramps the day of my cycle. Lots of great info. I’m all about hormone balance. Thank you.

I'm also caffeine sensitive, I shake when I've just one cup 🥤
