You might wanna try turning off both the soundbar and subwoofer, then turn them back on and try pairing again.
I've just bought the lg s60q sound bar and sub woofer what setting gives you the best sound quality cheers
congrats on the new soundbar! For the best sound, try the 'Bass Blast' or 'Standard' mode. Works great for me.
