Sir paano naman po kung hindi napgpiprint yung black? Ka rerefill ko lang po ng ink pero ayaw parin po. Ano po kaya ang problem?

nag hold power ako then 6 yung sa baba, after that nagsteady ang green bat yung orange is continues blinking namn po. Anu po problem nun?

Sir pa tulong naman po parang awa mo na .. kaka bili ko lang po kahapon ng printer Canon g1010 nag seset up na ako . binasa ko at sinunod ko naman ang manual ng maayos. pero pag dating ko sa Preparing the ink system kapag pinipindot ko na amg cancel/resume button wlang light indicator tpos d naga blink ang power nya indication na nag peprepare na ang ink.. as in wala talaga. ano po kaya anh problem sir. please help me
