Bro you are One of my Favourite Fishing UA-camrs and I only have 11 that I like. My advice for Mud Crabs is to put your net closer to land and must have trees and a little channel. They like to borrow under tree roots for protection because it’s harder for a shark or stingrays to get them and they can live out of water for a long time. Blue swimmer crabs travel a lot more at night and you can drop your nets anywhere. Look for branches hanging over into the water and you must have enough water that at low tide they can still get in. Leave it overnight because they travel more at night because predators don’t see well at night and because they have mud on their backs and slow moving they are. I hope that helps too your followers on UA-cam. From a Aitutaki Cook Islander
Love the channel, the muddies have been up stream past my place at Spencer. Watching you catch in so many different places is killer, places I normally just power past on the way out or home. Would be good to catch up for a fish
Thankyou so much 🤝 I would like to fish with everyone I think we all have a common passion and I love all you guys. I need to start my trip I think it’s my destiny. I will be back one day and I hope to catch up for a fish 🤙
Hi Hunter, just thinking some sort of shade tarp or the likes would be good on your boat with all this 40 deg weather we are having.. I'm sweating just looking at you in the sun...
You know it’s a good day when Luke drops a video good stuff mate I have had a lot of luck under mooney mooney bridge in the river for muddies big dogs aswell hope you can make ya way there and drop some pots
Saltiest hyper s71 v2 pe2-3 2.16mtr with a diawa tierra 4000. Other one is an Ian miller rod offshore series 732 2.2mtr 30-40lb with a tierra 5000 can’t fault both setups for big baits
To check if your oil is hot enough, get a wooden chopstick (or even just a regular stick) and put in oil. If it starts to bubble around it. It’s good to go
Again great post. That frozen squid, was it purchased or caught? If purchased was it locally caught? Have a belief of squid that is not local from the river isn't much good. Cheers, look forward to your next show. I fish the Hawkesbury a bit these days catch a lot of smaller Jewies using Hawkesbury river prawns.
It was fresh frozen from toukley bait shop. He has a good selection bait, unfortunately will be shut for a couple of months some health issues I believe.

It was last weekend my videos are always up to date. I caught fish on the incoming and outgoing tide, turn of the tide is the prime time. Yes they are ok must be 70cm and over 👍
I’m actually fine and own a house. I just really enjoy living with minimal, I really appreciate your kind offer though🤝❤️. I’m planning on living in my car in the near future and yes by choice, I’m going around Australia fishing every creek and river I can find 🤙
@@huntersfishingadventures5324If you get up as far as Cairns drop me a line….I fish mostly Trinity Inlet and the creeks running into it. Happy to show you around. Originally from Dora Creek, retired to Cairns. Just watch out for the lizards. 🐊🐊🐊 And check the fishing regulations as you enter each state, bag limits and sizes etc. Barramundi fishing is closed from November 1st till Feb 1st. It’s their breeding season.
I think you are way to far from the mangrove edges all the ones i catch are with about 2m of water and as close to that mangrove edges that lines up with both depth and tree lines.

Should do an eel catch and cook, if you’re keen.
To check if your oil is hot enough, get a wooden chopstick (or even just a regular stick) and put in oil. If it starts to bubble around it. It’s good to go
