@ i spent half my honeymoon in Smiths Creek and Jerusalem Bay area on an Akuna Bay Clipper fishing! My crab net was moved 100m and shredded to pieces one morning when i awoke. It was on a bottle float. Schools of Kingies travelled through there quite visible from the flybridge. Love it.
Unbelievable video .. Admire your passion and durability to fish through some very torrid conditions.. Y our an inspiration to all keen anglers and you prove what dedication can achieve with the right bait ... Always look forward to your vids.
Fantastic episode and how many fish! Awesome. I got nailed by a catfish under the motorway bridge and ended up in hospital. The pain is incredible. Mark is still there on the hand and that was 8 years ago
@@huntersfishingadventures5324 the chest thing I had as well which is why I ended up in the hospital. It’s a reaction to the venom apparently. I was then on a course of steroids. The little bastard was only about 100mm long 😂😂😂😂
thought all the fresh would put the fish off. well done mate. I think that is the old spotters tower, was also used for radar in ww2 for the aussie flying boats. Hot hot water for the sting it nullifies with heat.
Hey mate, just recently found your channel and enjoying it very much. Watched this vid with my two young fellas, and you showed them the exact reason I don't bring cattys in the boat. Lip grip outside the gunnel, hook out and see ya later. Looking forward to some more vids. Cheers from Queensland
Bro my stomping waters , you were not far off the big boys ;) But nice catch the flatty - Give fresh mullet gut a go using the onion and fresh yellow tail cubes around Akuna bay at a 3 am high tide and your laughing got to love the winter blue nose ;) hint hint
What a night session! Impressed with how many fish you pull onto the tinny mate, Good flatties too I bet you wish you had a couple of good upgrades with the Jews. I was there last Friday night and we basically caught 16 different species but no Jew,!!! Bizarre
G'day mate gr8 video!! Just go's to show u dont need a big f""k off boat to catch fish lol is that bar point u boys where fishing? Will keep watching yr adventures 10 out of 10
I used to use yellow tail for jew fishing off coalcliff back in the late 80's it was the best bait. Better than the old Plly's which we took for back up.
I got stung by a stingray on my hand, the pain was intense the only way to stop it was to put my hand in hot water, the hottest you can bear. It stopped the pain pretty much immediately
you do not build bomb shelters on top of a cliff or escarpment. It most likely would be and an observation post as there are no signs of it being a gun emplacement. That is if it was military at all.
@@huntersfishingadventures5324 I know people who've had to go to hospital. Nasty fish. BTW Love the videos - I fish the same waters you do - beautiful part of the world.
Very cool bushland. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺 I love The Hawkesbury for its serenity.
How good is it! always a quick getaway that feels so remote, love it 🤙

Really great video ! I always take a thermos of hot water when fishing there. If a catfish stings put on the hot water it really helps ease the pain.
Thankyou mate, Good idea I don't think I will touch one again 😂
Well done great hall on the flat head. Try bar point or pumpkin point this time of the year for your meter plus mulloway. Tight lines
I will have a look next time. I will get the hairtail eventually 😂🤣 cheers mate 🍻🤝👍
@@huntersfishingadventures5324 I might have to take you out soon get you a real mulloway ps Ses brother the undercover mulloway Slayer 🕵🏽♂️
Done well there. Good clean up
Turned out good in the end. Could of easily been worst trip of my life if we didn't catch on Sunday 😂
Excellent flathead too wow😮

As usual downs and ups make for good memories later in life. It fished well I was pleasantly surprised. Thankyou mate 🤝👍
Very informative and applicable session as always, May I ask which bait you used to catch those yellow tails for bait? What rig setup you used? Thanks
Thankyou mate, sabiki bait jig 👍
Thanks for the reply.
Awesome trip Luke...shame about the catfish spike..🤢🤮you guys got some great fish..did you burley up at all.?
Thankyou mate all good memories later in life just not now 😂 no Burley at all in Hawkesbury attracts to much rubbish fish 👍
@@huntersfishingadventures5324 you looked like you had bait on your sabiki rigs, what size hook do you like.?
Always tiny bit of bait helps them come on the bite, not sure of size had them for a while
Can you access that beach from the road at all? Would love to explore that place🤙🏼
I don't think so, but the next beach along you can I'm not familiar with the roads over there. I could live there 😂
@@huntersfishingadventures5324 cheers brother🤙🏼

Not sure was closest beach to hide from the rain. Was near flint and steel

How's all the jewies, bro
Great fishing love the Hawkesbury
I know that catfish pain,. I did the submerge your hand in very hot water trick and it really helped.
I was onto the hot water after a few hours it did help a bit. Never expected that pain was hectic

Got it in my knuckle once couldn't sleep for 2 days
The old building looks like a gun emplacement from war times.

Cool video bro
I will never touch one again evil creatures 😂 thankyou mate 👍
