Warthogs are historically well known for being able to fly with VERY severe damage (wing cut in half, flaps destroyed, tail severely damaged, and one single engine, with controls damaged directly) Although the fucking exploding 20 times part is definitely excessive

Sorry if im late, but the icons are features from the better chases+ mod which are incorporated into RDE (the mod hes using for the enhanced police response and 6 stars). The car icon means that they have authorization to PIT you. And the skull means they have authorization for lethal/deadly force (which simply means they can kill you)
