Still driving mine in 2024, been very happy with it, one rcm replacement that's it, been great.
I got a 2004 . Hundred thousand miles for $4800 it's a fun car to drive around not too good in the rain I would highly recommend it plus the stereo kicks ass
I've owned dozens of cars over the last 25+ years, and I'm telling you these cars are some of the best value/fun to drive/reliable cars on the road. It became "cool" in the car review business to piss on these cars, but if you find a nice one (like my '04, black, mint condition coupe) you can have a really great car for under 7K. The 6 speed manual is the way to go.
Just picked up an extremely clean, 102k mile 2005 convertible for $7500. Looking forward to having some good low budget fun lol

Good for you! Years of fun ahead, and these cars are going up in value!
I got one on august 30th I’m watching hella videos about it I’m obsessed bro it’s a 04 all black wit it’s original rims and was took care of by a old man, only 86k miles. Runs like a beauty
I love it.
Dont know why is so disrespected.
The style was way ahead of its time.
I'd like to test Drive this car tomorrow.
great another review im getting a black one they dont get that much love
How is it
You are right..Nothing is perfekt...and the crossfire has his own mistakes!! But...it is a real good car, i do have this car!! Es ist einfach wunderbar, mit diesem Auto hier in Deutschland zu fahren!!
I want to buy one
Great review
It's weird to hear a guy with a Hitler moustache speaking with an English accent.
He'd have to shave half of it off to be like Hitler's moustache. That's a classic British 'stache, similar to what they wore during WW2 even.
I bought my new 2004 for 25k. Still have it with 92k. Only issue is the headliner and the glove box.
Wish the one i am buying was this pretty blue,, but grey is good i guess
This is what Bmw did with the Supra
difference is the bmw and supra were co developed. while mercedes donated chrysler the outgoing chassis, engine, drivetrain of the old slk.
I'd need to now the Insurance on this car.
Quite cheap in the UK. You can get insurance on it for around £1500 a year.
That'd be $65k inflation-adjusted in today's money - interesting that today you can buy a mid-engine Corvette for $60k.
Yes but now you can get a crossfire for 4k

Should also point out that the C8 base model is now 130k
I've owned Corvettes from '71 454 4sp., '72 350 a/t a/c,, '76, '82, '84, '88 Callaway, '92, and '98, and I will choose to *NEVER* own a mid-engine or any without the classic 4 taillights.
That was 50K Canadian (this was a Canadian Motoring show). That would have been closer to 40K.
That was beautifully done 🥲
Why do British people say zed not zeeee but great review.
Why do you talk shit?
@@hannahgibbons7436 why you don't have manners
@@hannahgibbons7436 oi govnah, nice dah innit? You're still mad you lost the war you lime
Wifes summer car srt6 coupe it's pulled up and tuned she is petrified to even half throttle it lol had car since 07 traded base with7000 miles for aero blue srt6 with 7000 + 5000grand has 40000 miles now
Punctuation is painless, and "lol" is for junior-highschool girls.
Prowler was better
Definitely! And much prettier in Yellow
I think Prowler was much more expensive.
Do you own both?
Entirely different vehicle. And the Viper was better still.
No no
Great car when you cant see the rear
That's what I like the most is the back and side stance 🤗
