I don't know why I've got this in my recommendations: I've never taken A-levels and I don't think I ever will because I'm about finish doing Bachelor's in another country lol. You're explaining the stuff in a good way though. Hope everything will be excellent with your uni & work xx

how did you practice the calculations? did you do this only through past papers or did any teachers give questions?

Hi, with the way you did past paper qs every week, isn't this under the assumption that your teachers finished teaching a whole topic in a week? what if my teachers don't finish a topic in a week? how often should I do exam qs then?

I just memorised the cgp guide, watched vids and did a ton of practice questions and did well in gcses. Could I do the same because i don't really like using notes from teachers in school? Also I find that your note taking seemed to be redundant as you kept on making it again and instead used it as a form of active recall rather than a source of info.

So i would like to do the same but rather than spending time makin an excessive amount of notes I'd use the info from the cgp guide and yt if the concept was not clearly explained to me in the book

CGP guide is rubbish for A-level, I'd recommend writing notes as you learn things and then maybe making flashcards from those notes/
