He's talking about how the media is focused on him smoking cannabis instead of focusing on the actual problems that happen in society, you got the rich guy who's rude and abuses power, the girlfriend who can't talk about her pregnancy because of her religious background and has to deal with this guy, the little kid who has to sell tissues to make a living and who's being treated terribly, the guy who just wants to find a job to help his mother, and he gives other examples of what's wrong with the Moroccan society in the lyrics from kids to elders, from the poorest to the richest. And silhouette, which means an outline of someone or something visible in a dark place, a shadow for example was used to explain that we're not focusing on reality, and we only judge based on the silhouette.

The Afro guy want a job, so he was tryin' to give the other guy "Boss/Entrepreneur" his CV (Lebenslauf), in order to get a job and start makin' BREAD and help his mother cuz she's suferring from a disease or somthin'.
