He was talking about his recent problems with social media, he said that marijuana and weed are legal in a conference and then problems came here and the shit went too big that he has expected
And the thing is he answered all the social media the people against him with this song , his way ,with music and in the clip he passed and transmitted a message that : there are more big problems that we should care of , problems of society , gouvernement, the high prices of products political thiefs who take money and no one talks...

The song doesn’t talk about hash bro, it talks about social issues and the state that is trying to prosecute him for talking about his hash consumption in public/press instead of tackling bigger issues, also it talks about the social taboos we live in! It also talks about how hip hop saved his life after his mother passed away.
He's basically pointing out the moroccans hypocrisy, saying that hash is bad and smokers are bad people but can't open their mouth about injustice, crimes, rapes, illegal abortions leading to death etc etc...
That's sad man.
