Looks great- don't defend your life - remember life happens. Can't wait to see it all finished. ;) after moving to Arkansas so much to do and just not enough hours ;) that's life ;)
Life happens and sometimes something has to stop while we get other things fixed. Most all of us understand. With me this year it is my garden that is having to be put off. So I will work the garden spot this summer and it will be ready next year. It is the way things work sometimes. Love the "holster" in the tool belt. Take care, enjoy time with your daughter (she is what is truly important) and we will be here when you are able to post.
Really like the "Handyman Holster." Keep plugging along, your making progress and that's what counts.
No need to apologize, family and real life has to come first. Looks good so far and I agree with yah about if your going to repair why not do it the way that you like and how its going to benefit you. Good to know you have some help cuz that was and still is a job for sure! Keep on keeping on one nail and screw at a time and it will get done!!

Keep On Keeping on Brother! I completely understand the work, kids, house renovations and youtube quandry! Something I have been dealing with on and off for quite a while!
