Maglalatik sa Kultura Filipino (@ SM)

Kultura Filipino, the lifestyle store for all things Filipino, goes beyond promoting Philippine products. Philippine traditions and cultural dances are also promoted through the different dance numbers and rondallas at Kultura Filipino stores. In this video, Kultura Makati puts a new twist on the traditional Maglalatik dance. The Maglalatik is an indigenous war dance from the Philippines in which coconut shell halves are secured onto the dancers' hands while four or six more coconut shell halves are hung on their bodies.
