What do we use this for?

Bill is back showing you how we pin the vial protectors on our Spirit Levels. The Superior Level ‘ENDURANCE 2.0’ range of I beam levels are manufactured from our new EVO low Profile Solid Aluminium extruded I-beam, Machined to engineering tolerances in our tool room in Somerset,
Machined ergonomic pockets with 45 degree reference points, the ENDURANCE 2.0 benefits from a grained aluminium finish allowing for use in the toughest environments without detriment to the surface finish.
To complement the grained aluminium, body the ‘ENDURANCE 2.0’ vial covers are machined from composite compact resin allowing a thinner vial cover to be manufactured which improves vial visibility, strength and durability. These are mechanically fixed using stainless steel dowels allowing for maximum strength and rigidity when used in the harshest environments.
The combination of the grained Aluminium, composite compact resin and stainless steel allow the ‘ENDURANCE 2.0’ level to be used in every environment whilst retaining dimensional stability.
The ‘ENDURANCE 2.0’ level is calibrated during manufacture to achieve 0.4mm per mt or greater. The easy-view centre vial allows quick positive readings.
