Grocery pickup is the best for moms! I love how I can control how much I’m spending , plus Walmart is always having deals . I’ve been meal planning and doing grocery pickups for years and it’s seriously such a time and money saver . Love seeing your meal plan ideas ❤

Ever since covid I've been addicted to having my groceries delivered. I was there almost everyday. Even though I still stop in, it isn't as often as before I started having my grocery delivered.

Scan and go is a game changer also if you go into the store! Scan, bag and then just scan at the register and go!
Grocery pick-up is a wonderful invention!! I rarely go inside any grocery store. And also love knowing its easier to stay in control of the price. Its too easy to do spontaneous shopping when you go inside a store. Especially if you have family members with you.

We meal plan and shop just alike 😅🙌🏻 I like buying the tub of yogurt too! So much cheaper. I need to get some of those little cups.
The little cups = game changer! I put everything in them from applesauce, yogurt, fruit cocktail, jello, pudding, fruit. They make cheap, easy snacks for the kids to grab after school.

If you plant the cut off pieces of strawberries they will grow in your garden. Much better than store bought.

@@MarieLoveAsbury forgot to tell you !!! I made my meatloaf into meatballs on Saturday and I feel my kids ate more than they would if I made it into a loaf! Guess what i made for dinner tonight? Same thing !!! The kids got off the bus and said what’s for dinner ! I said meatloaf meatballs & they yelled YES !!! Everyone is asking my recipe bc I post a pic of it b4 it goes into the oven ! Sooo easy and delicious! Thank you again for the idea!😘

Yes I agree Walmart grocery pickup is great for many reasons. I like how the grocery pickup spot at your Walmart is separate from the regular parking lot. Our pickup location used to be that way but they changed it to regular parking lot . Also I noticed your got your groceries in bags. Here in Washington state as of last month the Governor made a ruling for no bags. Even if you go in the store you have to bring your own cloth bags.
Our grocery pick up is a seperate parking area on the side of the store dedicated for pick up. Yes, they still use bags here.

I am so bad at waking up and forgetting what I'm supposed to start thawing or cooking lol 🤦 I like to add up my grocery list on my phone in the apps. It's easy to go over budget. I have once had to budget $50 a week for groceries but I did it! It was just me though. $230 for having kids also to feed is really good that you can make that work! Good job!
Oh yes, it's amazing what we can make work when we have to budget. $230/week with 4 kids and a husband isn't easy, but I make it work.

I am getting ready to see what's good in my house. Today is Wednesday and I have not meal plan for a while. I just throw what I want and cook it. Today is leftovers and tomorrow I'm not sure. May 18 is my payday, I get paid bi weekly so it's hard to budget and pay bills but I know I'll figure it out. I probably go shopping on a Monday on the day I'm off and get what we need just for 2 weeks until another payday. I try to get meat in bulk so I can split it for 2 meals and that has saved me money
I was telling my husband today that I want to get another Sam's club membership so we can go once a month and buy our meats, diapers, wipes and a few other things in bulk. Our closest Sam's in 30 minutes away so we haven't been in a while.
I haven’t went into the store to grocery shop in 3 years 🤣

groceries are so expensive I just spent $ $385 on groceries it's ridiculous I did do my monthly Sam's how and I think it's a lot cheaper to do Sam's
Yes I was telling my husband today that I want another Sam's membership for meats, diapers, wipes and some other things. Our Sam's is 30 minutes away so we haven't been in a while, but I'm planning to start going once a month.
Just be careful with pick up orders. Kroger, Walmart, and Target will soon start charging and automatically charged few for each plastic bag they "give" you with groceries.
