A lot of comments say what he did is disrespectful. I think he's misunderstood. Kawhi is the type of guy to not let others influence him and they all know that. It's not bad energy like disrespect. You can tell by the way he acts and talks that nothing influences him, which is also partly why he has great efficiency in-game and very unique plays as well. For example, in that story he's not being lazy, he's valuing efficient practice over a useless run, stopping practice to him is just a huge waste, they only do it out of tradition, but Kawhi is correct.
His anti-social behavior is not being a diva or a problem, he's just outside of society in terms of affecting his behavior, he simply values efficiency where others value social etiquette more. This isn't just about Kawhi; the point is there are many people like this in the world, you have to be more open-minded about how different brains can work and how people can value different things. You think someone's being an asshole but you're just assuming things because you view the world through a lens of fear and hostility.

this fr the best podcast out there right now. Also PG I have a question because I have interest in one day making the nba when you were younger how many hours a day would you practice because I wanna get better to play at a star level.
I found videos of NBA Players & Professionals trainers discussing how to make the NBA, how to train, how much to train and etc. So hopefully some of these videos can help.
(The short answer: Most said around 30mins-2hrs a day during school days but everyone agreed the most important thing isn’t how long you practice, it’s how WELL are you practicing and how CONSISTENT you are. Getting better EVERY DAY!. Good luck though! You got this!💪🏽 Don’t let ppl tell you that you can’t. SO MANY NBA Players were told the same but they made it and you can too.)

As much as possible young blood , there’s no time table for success , but there’s not that many pros , you really have to eat sleep breathe basketball with no excuse , use your left hand every single day and dribble look at UA-cam drills get your handles nasty every single day, practice left hand floater and lay ups every day , shoot 1000 free throws everyday, buy a ladder drill from wall Mart and make your footwork impeccable every single day, make sure you play aau yo get recognized and play with other players who want to be in the league as much as possible and you can do it, it’s not easy but I believe in you.
