The girl singing is Ksenia Busina. She is part of Leonid and Friends touring band. She’s actually a superstar in China.

The throat singing is like saying AH when the doctor looks in your mouth. The extreme trick is to keep it on pitch, then shape the mouth for effect. Similar to the vocal tubes that have been around for many years.
