That building with the cubby holes is a Dove Cote. You raise doves there, they nest in the cubicles. Kind of like raising chickens except you don't have to feed them. They fly off to the woods and meadows and feed themselves. It has very high windows for the doves to come and go and a door you can go through or block to keep predators out. Nucklevee (likely not spelled right) are cannibal demon supernatural legend creatures from way north Scottish islands. They guy with the leg amputated doesn't really carry on from here too much, it's his wife who comes into the story later.
Emily's kid that seems to be Ian's is so cute. I haven't read the books but I'd assume that will come up again. It was interesting that Ian was just like "cool beans ima give him a name and go now". I would expect him to want to be in the kid's life. Sucks that she didn't go looking for Ian if she realized she had his kid. If he is Ian's son, he would have been born before she had a kid with the other dude.
A really great ep!!🎉🎉🎉assholes jerks everywhere in every time!!😤😠😖😣I’m curious with the mysterious figure watching Bree roger and the kids…and what’s up with that tunnel thingy…🤔🤔another time portal potentially?? I literally thought Bree was gonna travel through time via that tunnel….to the past or the future…it’s quite common for time travel plot tropes😅😅😅
I get it after watching the ep that why they might’ve named this ep titled “Singapore”, but still, personally, I think it’s a weird title😂😂😂could be better with something like “seeing is believing” or “how to kick sexists in the ass…”; “arrogance, pride and prejudice” something like that😅😅😂
This season has been really good, straight right out of the books but the connectivity sometimes seems wonky but I’m so glad your back alway enjoy your review. If you can have fans you could buy 1 box fan and a oscillating fan put the box fan facing out the window which would draw the hot air out and with other fan will move the warm air out. when that happens you’ll cool the room down it works. Well only two more episodes left to this season. What are we gonna do?
That's exactly the set up I have in my room lol It definitely helps but can only do so much. Plus I have to close the windows and turn them off when I film cuz my mic picks everything up >_< Wait, what?! They are splitting the season up?! See this is the problem when I avoid all things outlander for fear of spoilers, I never know about the seasons airdates!
Yup I think they're on a writer strike or something like that. So instead of getting the 16 episodes they split them next installment will be in February and sometime maybe before I die we'll get season 8. But you do a good job. Thanks for responding. Bye now
Wow! I've been forgetting to check for your Outlander reactions so am just seeing this now. It's brutal living without A/C this summer especially but I get it. Just the history would be almost worth it and you can't beat the price. The second half of S. 7 may be delayed because the writers are involved in the final work that needs to be done and because strike. Hope they settle soon.
Great season so far. But l HATE the new version of the song. It isn't growing on me. Hope they change it in the 2nd half of the season. I hope you start feeling better & the a/c gets fixed.
I think I gotta agree with you. I always have a period of having to get used to the new theme each season. But this one just doesn't hit the same way other versions have. Doesn't amp me up the same way!
I could NOT survive summer with air conditioning. I don't know how you're doing it. I would literally die of heat stroke. Don't you have fans tho? The owner of the building should update the electricity & get central air for you guys, wow! I can understand Bree not wanting to read all the letters at once. She wants to savor them so she doesn't have to think about her parents being gone for good. Yeah, that rat stew was disgusting!!!! Ew, ew ew! Bree is a very independent & capable woman & engineer, of course she was going to figure out the tunnel. Those immature little boys, not men who locked Bree in that tunnel definitely should have been fired. I wouldn’t have waited until that evening to say something to them or give them any consequences for playing such a stunt, losers! It may have been so loud because it was in a tunnel but that was certainly different than the stone circle. I did enjoy the sibling banter, even tho Rachel is a Quaker she's still not gonna take crap from her brother lol The whole thing with Ian, Emily & Swiftiest of Lizards was freaking adorable! Yup, little white boy coming thru. Jamie had to make a point to his um...'superior', clearly he knows better then Mr. Pompous. Good for Jamie! Love Ian & Rachel! A pen?? Seriously Roger, giving your wife a pen is like giving her a blender or vacuum! Roger's an idiot! No weapon, no flashlight, sheesh, dad of the year lol That's right Jess, you're totally right! Jamie would have been more impressed with his daughter if she punched him but I did think the scene in the cemetery was sweet. Honestly, I don't remember a Walter in the book, I don't think he was. Hopefully, someone else can answer that for you. I hope you can get cooler somehow!
Pens were THE gift to give in the early 80s. The one Roger gave her was expensive & very nice. I liked the ending in that Bree found a way to release some of her worries, by talking to her dad. Maybe ( somehow) that is how he connects in his dreams? Fort Ticonderoga is on Lake Champlain in upper New York state. A beautiful place ( not the fort)but the surrounding area. The Cascade Mountains (& Lake Placid ) to the west. Mountains of Vermont to the east. Canada to the north. Google it once you cool down.
Yes, Walter was in the books but Claire is uncertain what happened to him though because of his condition the last time she saw him, she thinks he very well could have died.
It's an old building from the 20's. It's basically a unicorn in Hollywood cuz it's month to month rent including utilities for only $500 a month. The tiny square footage I have goes for $1500-$2000 in other buildings in my area. The cost to rewire the whole 4 story building would be nuts. So for that price we just deal with it lol Plus we are basically living in a historical landmark, everyone from A list stars in Hollywood's golden age, to the Black Dahlia to current award winning actors stayed/live here. The California Television Society worked to develop the technology for live broadcasts in a lab in our basement. And our building manager in Joe Dallesandro. So we put up with the heat lol I want to know more about that weird tunnel thing! I'm so happy Ian has a little boy! That kid really did look and act like my nephew, like eerily so! Yea, I definitely wouldn'a clocked that dude who locked her in the tunnel! My precious Walter!!!
The building with cubbies is a dovecote ---- Fergus hid a gun in this dovecote which he shot and the British heard it and cut off his hand
Yes! I knew I'd seen it before but couldn't for the life of me remember what it was lol Thank you!

Love your shirt!
Thanks! Got it back in the good old days when San Diego Comic Con used to give out good swag!
