tehnically the point of the roulette is to get that certain percentage on whatever level you get without skips but sometimes you get genuinely awful levels or extremely hard levels which would take you an hour at least to get to that point (like mayhem 14% or whatever was the one widestep) so I think skipping those levels is the better option for enjoyment
At one point I tried the rullete and couldn't even get to like 10% without 3 free skips, the list is becoming actually impossible rn, but for example a hard demon rulette could actually be really fun. Somebody has to make sth like this, if it doesn't exist already.
