Another fantastic video! Thank you so much for this in depth view of the Atomium! I'm really into structural architecture so I'll definitely have to visit this one day
Glad you liked the video!! You'll love visiting this amazing structure. Did you see the very end, where they opened a small flap in one of the spheres?
It really is the coolest structure! The city is being overtaken by all the European building. But there are cool places in Brussels. The main square (Grand Place) is beautiful and so is the Royal Galleries. I will be posting a picture on Instagram of another structure that will make you all look twice. Thanks for watching my channel and for your comments!
Thank you so much for this. We were part of a tour group and had too little time to actually go into the Atomium. Now we know what we missed! However, we had to rush to get to the Eifel Tower..:)
Hi I am in my Belgium travel Series videos and now going to make an video on Automium but confus that are we need some permission to do so or not require ? Can you please suggest me on it ?
Hello, I did not ask for any special permission. I just filmed to show what was in the Atomium. When I film I just try to never show any people's faces to preserve people's privacy. I intend the video to be informative.
I had to laugh at you obtaining your ticket. Not wheel chair friendly at all, so many steps for people that find it hard to walk. You had a lot of fun, which is what it is all about. The Atomium was way ahead of its self-when built. It still looks far out. Thanks for the video. Belgium never seems to be mentioned much when it comes to tourism. See you soon.
The guy selling the tickets was very friendly and he spoke several languages. I didn't know what to speak. So I just started giggling and blabbering bits of French, German and English. Surprised I didn't say anything in Spanish, hahaha. Yes, it really is far out. Like I say in the video, I felt like I was in a spaceship. And indeed, it is not wheelchair or baby carriage friendly. It is limited. The elevator can only go up to the observation deck on level 7 (it is free for people in wheelchairs). The rest is all stairs and escalators. Hopefully, in the near future they can adapt it. Always a pleasure chatting!! Talk soon!
@@marcuskeulertz5852 I hate when they ask me where I am from because I am not from one single place. I was born in Spain but lived 30 yrs in NYC and 11 in Germany. I’m actually trilingual Spanish/English/Galician and speak a bit of French and German. And now I live between Spain and Germany. I know, a mess. 😂😂😂 Thanks for your interest and for watching.
Love ur loud noise of the heels

Would of been a major landmark if it was in more central Brussels, but an amazing piece of architecture. 🇧🇪
Atomium will be highly featured in the 2019 Tour de France. It is a beautiful structure.🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️♥️♥️♥️

There's a metro station right next to the atomium. You don't have to waste money on ubers, my love
