Are the owners open to rental?
Why would they move while you rent their place. BTW we just went under contract
Some people also have secondary homes that they try to sell. And in some cases are open to rental. I am pretty sure that you have seen this case before being an inmobiliaria. So I wonder why so rude ?

@@cbonvillain5100 one manzana in Nicaragua it's 1.74 acres. So yes, 1.4 x 1.74 = 2.4 acres. Maybe, you found the wrong number.

A few but lots of room to expand thanks for comment.
