The unexpected moon rising

Just doing a timelapse of the Monongahela river at night via Charleroi and caught the full moon rising. The video was cut short because I ran out of batter in the server; this is used to talk back and forth to my tablet.
What also was caught were fireworks going off somewhere in Belle Vernon it could have been at their high school.
Also if you noticed, there are two lights emerging on the righthand side and on just disappears...
