Night of October 08, 2013 Part of the Draconid meteor shower.

Sorry for the blurriness, I set it up in the when it was dark.
This is a time lapse that I shot through my window at on October 08, 2013. I wanted to see if i could catch some meteors from the Draconid meteor shower. One in that struck my interest, is at the bottom (perpendicular to the pole) that travels horizontally across the screen. It starts ~@00:08. I am assuming that a piece may have broke away, also if you would slow it down it looks like it hit a bump as it approaches the pole (probably some sort of turbulence).
There is no flicker, what you are seeing are car headlights passing through the night. And then the morning fog.
