Why would you want to put yourself in a position where the council becomes lawful to correspond and contract with you and makes you liable as a registered limited company for business rates at your address when at present I believe the council cannot lawfully contract with living Wo/Man.
the council imply and presume you are a business to bill you business “rates” under Hereditament(s) Dwellings but our evidence proves we are not charged Business Rates for Domestic Property, council admit and have confirmed at senior level they “Charge” Council Tax for “Domestic Property”
What council don’t realize “Council Tax” was abolished and the lgfa 1992 Act they cite makes no reference to Council tax being charged for “Private Domestic Living Accommodation” as evidenced in the 1988 Act section 66 1a
Require proof and the legislation that states private living accommodation domestic property is chargeable for council tax that is in fact exempt :)

However, I have been called stupid and have been laughed at to my face when trying to explain different things to some people.
One experience a few months ago was a minicab driver, when I mentioned chemtrails to him. He was sure they were only contrails. I explained the difference but he very rudely made fun. Actually very rude and piss taking. A few weeks later he picked me up again and I was only in his car for a couple of minutes when HE began complaining about the chemtrails and was explaining how they weren't contrails to me! It was as if he had entirely forgotten I originally explained it to him and that he had made fun. He had probably mentioned it to someone, probably laughing about me, and was likely told "It's true", and then he had looked into it for himself. I just sat and listened to him being angry about the chemicals being put in our sky. It isn't the first time that sort of thing has happened though. They laugh or are scathing, then sometime after they say the same thing a if they always knew it.
A lot of people are odd 😅
It is our understanding there is also another way to lay claim to your name, by first recording your born (birth) name with the common law court, (creating a new 'lawful' birth record/certificate), then using that declaration, (as a living man / woman) you then claim the uppercase 'fiction' with a second declaration. We have some other interesting info which we don't want to state here, (in relation to taking on the corporations after doing this). Would be interesting if Richard could get an interview with a representative from the CLC. All sources of info when learned and acted upon together makes for an arsenal of defensive 'weapons' To date Richards channel must be a leading one with the amazing diverse people he has talked to so far, keep up the great work!😊
Common law court is a private company :)
The common law court is the people and not a corporation Thousands have registered themselves as living men and women under common law The all cap name can all so be claimed back The birth cert creates a corporation and also a contract because there was the mother father child and registrar which is the basis of a contract In order for valid contract there has to be a full disclosure what had been created and how it was to used by the government This is effectively fraud The Legal fiction therefore exists on all corporate documents passport drivers licence etc Because it was created fraudulently it can be claimed by the righfull owner under common law and registered with the CLC
CLC doesn't work. I tried that about 3 years ago. Got passport from them too. Threw it in the bin. Wouldn't accept it anywhere. Tried to get an apostile stamp on it and refused. Used the existing methods from their system and have better successes.
Falsifying your real name is illegal .It looks like you're trying to avoid tax , etc. etc. etc.

I am writing to inform you, that I am classed as Vulnerable according to paragraph 77 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014.
I am classed a vulnerable for the following reasons:

THE DETAILS OF ANY ILLNESS, MEDICATION, TREATMENT, CLINICS ETC]
Regulation 10(1) of the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013 states:-
10. (1) The enforcement agent may not take control of goods of the debtor where
• (a) the debtor is a child;
• (b )a child or vulnerable person (whether more than one or a combination of both) is the only person present in the relevant or specified premises in which the goods are located; or
• (c) the goods are also premises in which a child or vulnerable person (whether more than one or a combination of both) is the only person present.
Paragraphs 16 and 30 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014 states:-
16. ‘Should a debtor be identified as vulnerable, creditors should be prepared to take control of the case, at any time, if necessary.’
30. ‘Where enforcement agents have identified vulnerable debtors or situations, they should alert the creditor and ensure they act in accordance with all relevant legislation.’
Paragraph 39 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014 states ‘Enforcement agencies must ensure that legislation restricting the enforcement activity to enforcement agents is complied with and the corresponding legislation is The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, Schedule 12.’
Paragraph 42 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014 also states that:
‘Enforcement agents should be trained to recognise vulnerable debtors, to alert creditors where they have identified such debtors and when to withdraw from such a situation.’
Paragraphs 70 to 78 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014 says ‘enforcement agents must withdraw from the property’
Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014:- Vulnerable situations:
70. ‘Enforcement agents/agencies and creditors must recognise that they each have a role in ensuring that the vulnerable and socially excluded are protected and that the recovery process includes procedures agreed between the agent/agency and creditor about how such situations should be dealt with. The appropriate use of discretion is essential in every case and no amount of guidance could cover every situation. Therefore the agent has a duty to contact the creditor and report the circumstances in situations where there is evidence of a potential cause for concern.’
71. ‘If necessary, the enforcement agent will advise the creditor if further action is appropriate. The exercise of appropriate discretion is needed, not only to protect the debtor, but also the enforcement agent who should avoid taking action which could lead to accusations of inappropriate behaviour.’
72. ‘Enforcement agents must withdraw from domestic premises if the only person present is, or appears to be, under the age of 16 or is deemed to be vulnerable by the enforcement agent; they can ask when the debtor will be home - if appropriate.’
73. ‘Enforcement agents must withdraw without making enquiries if the only persons present are children who appear to be under the age of 12.’
74. ‘A debtor may be considered vulnerable if, for reasons of age, health or disability they are unable to safeguard their personal welfare or the personal welfare of other members of the household.’
75. ‘The enforcement agent must be sure that the debtor or the person to whom they are entering into a controlled goods agreement understands the agreement and the consequences if the agreement is not complied with.’
76. ‘Enforcement agents should be aware that vulnerability may not be immediately obvious.’
77. ‘Some groups who might be vulnerable are listed below. However, this list is not exhaustive. Care should be taken to assess each situation on a case by case basis.’
• The elderly;
• People with a disability, including mental health diagnosis;
• The seriously ill;
• The recently bereaved;
• Single parent families;
• Pregnant women;
• Unemployed people; and,
• Those who have obvious difficulty in understanding, speaking or reading English.
78. ‘Wherever possible, enforcement agents should have arrangements in place for rapidly accessing interpretation services (including British Sign Language), when these are needed, and provide on request information in large print or in Braille for debtors with impaired sight.’
This letter serves to notify both Creditor and Enforcement Company that I am a vulnerable debtor and I am placing the creditor on notice in accordance with paragraph 30 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014 and Paragraph 16 says the creditor/council SHOULD be prepared to take control of the case.
In view of the above, please DO NOT PASS ME ON TO YOUR WELFARE DEPARTMENT as you have now been informed that I am a vulnerable and should return the debt to the Creditor.
Failure to return the debt, or an attempt to set up a repayment plan with the Enforcement Company will be seen as a delaying tactic not to deal with me as a vulnerable person but a tactic used to avoid the return of the debt to ensure payment of Enforcement Fees. This is futile as no fees will be collected from me. All your fees are Disputed.
I do not anticipate any change in circumstances in the foreseeable future and should be grateful if you would acknowledge this situation. Any further enforcement action will be classed as harassment.
This letter is being sent to both Creditor and Enforcement Company so that both are aware of my vulnerability and as a reminder that according to Paragraph 7 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014 they are responsible for any enforcement agents acting on there behalf.
Please confirm that all enforcement action against me has now ceased and that my account is passed back to the Creditor in order that I may deal with them directly.

when I returned to uk 18 months ago, I needed to get a new pp. I went along to Liverpool and handed a form with witnesses for my name change. I was changing my surname from my father (absent all my life) to my mothers name. I also added a couple of TITLES - CAPTAIN and LADY. my pp was delivered to CAPTAIN LADY KERRY DECOURCY. lol. I know the pp is a bunch of bs too but its funny. awesome info. for me I am just going with I AM A LIVING WOMAN of Earth. end of. no explanation. no contract. that whole criminal bs system/matrix does NOT exist as far as I am concerned. I have no fear whatsoever though. that would be the baptism of fire in Malaysia tho when the gov/media and police went after me. there comes a point where you just think EFF OFF. not afraid of death as it is just a passing and I am looking forward to going home once earth is sorted 🙃😉💙

I'm not a stupid man but this all goes over my head. I can understand the individual facts but cannot join it all tother so it makes it just impossible to use. I would love to utilise some of this info for not just mine, but everybody I knows benefit. Believe me if I was confident in how to use it you wouldn't stop me. If there was a group, or a company that guided people people in these things I would love to be part of their movement. This needs to happen to take away their hold on us.

What council don’t realize “Council Tax” was abolished and the lgfa 1992 Act they cite makes no reference to Council tax being charged for “Private Domestic Living Accommodation” as evidenced in the 1988 Act section 66 1a
Require proof and the legislation that states private living accommodation domestic property is chargeable for council tax that is in fact exempt :)

Lawful and legal are mirrored images…lawful is based only on facts so something untrue is ‘fictitious’…legal is purely fiction and ‘no fact can be heard or tried’ and the lawyers have a word ‘factitious’ for what is factual and therefore outside the system. That’s why only a ‘person’ can be a litigant and a man or woman needs re-presenting because they can’t recognise you.
This is why you need liability or LIE-ABILITY to cross their ‘bar’ into the world of fiction…basically you need a license to lie!
Until you can wrap your head around that basic concept that legal IS FICTION, you’ll struggle to make sense of it. 🙂💕

To ‘register’ something or an instrument is called Insinuare (it’s in the same family of words as insinuate, which has a different meaning too in the legal)…IN-SIN-U-ARE! 🤣. Registering is entering into their sin system….a worldwide Vatican collection plate with its own Social INsurance SIN scheme for the poor! lol! It's the crappest advice yet. It achieves absolutely nothing other than making the incorporator liable, as a director of the company of which he is also a shareholder, to pay Companies House fees and comply with annual filing requirements. It's completely pointless and Vobes' guests are clueless.

@@tr66tr66 You're liable to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as regards filings. Yes, they only take a few mins and the annual confirmation statement fee is only £13 but it's still £13 and some of your time, plus the time to draw up dormant company accounts and file those, to achieve absolutely none of the things Vobes' guests claim. You're still a legal person, liable for all the things you were liable for before setting up a company which has its own independent legal personality.
Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about but in 25 years as a practising corporate lawyer I'm pretty sure I have a better idea than these 3.

I remember an electric company asking for my first name when I phoned in a meter reading. I said it does not matter. It is just the address and they had my surname which is usually all you need for mail even. I soon found they had gone behind my back and found my name, which I still feel is completely wrong and unnecessary just to pay a bill by cash.

Erm, well, all I can say is WOW! That is possibly THE most powerful show yet. Fried my brain but I get it. Particularly the Bible reference, or users manual as I call it.
I've watched a lot of videos on this subjct now, and as fascinating as that one was they always seem to gloss over it and don't provide details of how to go about doing it.
What would really help is if they actually gave specific advice on what to do and how to go about it, and detail the process each step of the way.
Please get them on again but get them to be more specific about what you need to do.
I haven't seen this yet, like to check out comments for pointers but have also watched quite a few too with a similar level of understanding as yourself. I agree with your suggestion especially in case some people try it out and end up in trouble by making a mistake.
I think from what I can gather, I may be completely wrong, hence your post. But that being said, I what they are suggesting is :
create a company in your name exactly.
Register it as a limited company.
don't use it AT ALL.
Pay any annual fees that would come under that business *(I imagine this is pennies as you are not using it)
Then carry on living your life.
If at any time you had bailiffs for example come to your door and threaten court.
They can't take Mr Joe blogs to court They would have to take Joe blogs LTD
Because MR Joe blogs doesn't exist in the corporate world anymore as Joe Bloggs LTD is the only corporation allowee to have that name.
Your name is a corporate entity, when you register you make it dissappear.
If it works, who knows. I know for a fact politicians register their names.(you can check that yourself) I never knew why, I could also never understand how they can get away with so much.

I agree, with this subject in general all the knowledgeable people explain the mechanics, but not a step by step process it's like explaining to someone who has never driven a car about what it is, how it works and components of the engine but not teaching where the ignition is to put the key in and how to drive it. It gets to a a point where one doesn't know which way to turn in the battle with the 'parasites' due to all the different information learned over the last few years 😒 it's become 'our system is better than yours', however will be checking further into these guys channels and information.

Your 100% correct, and this will leed many people into courts. Because they seek not to pay money for services. They want their cake and eat it.
I learned valuable lessons in my early years of living this way. And lost many things of life. Its not a cheap way to live. And you must be very fluent in the ways of all legal matters or your going to get hammered.
