- Hiking in Latvia. This is my personal selection of the best hiking trails in Latvia, selected in a way that best represents the diverse nature of the Baltic country. These top hikes include cliffs, beaches, bogs, rivers and the Baltic Sea. The naked and lush nature of Latvia can be experienced in all seasons, but I did the solo hiking trip during Summer. Latvia is a great place to travel to for nature lovers.
