I love the resurgence of 'Humans are space orcs' and I can highly recommend 'Earth is space australia' as well, especially the once focused on aliens meetings with earth animals. There are also a bunch of long form stories of the same style.
For space orc I love 'spite' and 'compassion'
"In a show of deference to their most dominant male, the rest of the human crew grew silent" - this line got me. I love Krills comments!
Wow youtube kept reccomending this series for me until I wached and I love it so much! I even started reading the book myself.
Thanks for your work Willow, now I can't read Krills lines without hearing your voice.
these sound like watered down infantry stories
Man I really want to see this animated!
Ahhh, the zone. Where distractions are meaningless, and all non relevant thought ceases. Decisions are made before you even consider them, and movement happens almost without effort. Inspiration, skill, instinct, and plain ole reaction time. It truly is an amazing feeling when it happens. I've had it when writing, speaking, playing competitive video games, or even reading. There are very few times when I feel the amount of stimulation of my senses is perfect, but its always when I'm in The Zone
Happy week to you too!
Definitely getting some C3PO and Han Solo vibes with this one.
"Never tell me the odds!"
Bruh this series got me on a binge
"Attention crew: This is your captain speaking. I'm turning the Fasten Seatbelts sign back on because Krill said I couldn't manually fly the ship through an asteroid field and let's just say I'm about to add a chapter to that book he thinks we don't know he's writing."
I've discovered your channel just 3 days ago. I must say that I love what you do with humans are space orcs. Your storytelling is very good, and while others stories of the genre have either a tendency to lose the focus of the story in order to add elements to explain why humans are awesome, or they have a tendency to describe aliens as some sort of "incompetent" life-forms, the fact that you put a specific human functioning in the center of the story to develop further why it is particular (with scientific justifications, moreover) really helps to catch the "space orcs" vibe.
In other words, please continue this series for as long as you can, 'cause you do it very well
I was searching for Zootopia's early story concepts when I found this series. Listen to the whole series on that day and subscribed.
Adam Vir. One Eyed Rocket Jockey. Blasting CCR’s Fortunate Son, singing along in a key that makes you think he has personal beef with John Fogerty, while dodging chunks of space rock is an image that gives me life.
All of these are really solid looking forward to new ones!
found this channel last weak, its absolutely amazing. hope you grow even more
This series is complete comedy gold, not to mention your voiceover is relaxing and engaging
To the favors that I read are Introduction to human biology which has a separate standalone chapter introduction to drag in anatomy on the HFY reddit and humans don't make good pets also on the HFY reddit
“HIGHWAY TO THE DANGERZONE!!!!”
-Krill’s captain
I just found this series a hour and a half ago and just listened to them all. You have a great voice for narration and kept me enthralled. I would so buy an audio book of you reading the Wheel of Time series.
I love these videos, I found them yesterday and I've watched them all now, I hope that you plan on making more.
Help, I’ve started deep diving into this series. Not only you but other creators as well, this is the most entertaining thing, to me, I’ve watched in forever.
The whole series brought me a huge smile. Never had I thought of how peculiar humans are!
Keep going! These are great!
Drawings are really good aswell!
hehe, made you look :)
I only just found this channel and have now binged all the videos and I'm eagerly looking forward to the next one!
I love this and I'm super glad I found your channel keep up the good work.
Lets goooo, i binge watched your whole channel few hours ago. Love your content
I’m so happy I found your channel. It’s so cool that your able write and narrate a story that takes the perspective of someone of another species and explain his experience with humans. It’s especially great that it’s not just an outside report of his finding but a personal one, with conversations and the like. I really hope you able to expand the story even further, and I’ll be eagerly waiting for the next report of doctor Krill and his adventures and realizations with the humans on the USS Stabby.
On a side note I really hope your thinking on writing a book for this. I would buy that in a heartbeat.
Keep it up I love this so for.
I just realized from reading your about page that these aren’t your stories, but these are a fantastic narration of said stories. You have a great voice for this stuff.
If you ever get the chance to talk to the writer please ask him or her if there thinking on making this a book or not. Thanks in advance.
Lol I have indeed talked with the author and he is in the process of editing and collecting all the stories together into a book ^u^
Ah, yet another glorious episode. Great job on this one! Each new one that comes out is honestly even more amazing than the last! I’m probably just hooked on this honestly but your voice acting remains some of the best I’ve seen in this platform among the nice and calm ones.
Also, that as a pretty nice pony in the background! Almost forgot to mention the great drawing you normally throw in the background. Was taken up with the story more than usual.
There is no greater joy than doing something difficult that you are good at.
The captain gave a loud shout, one that krill now recognised as a human war cry; "LEEEROOOOOY JEEEENKIINSSSS"
I’m so glad UA-cam randomly recommended me to you!
Love your work, watched all your videos, recommended to friends, keep it up!
I’m happy to see another video and I look forward to your next upload!
if other species don't have a reward system that what motivates them? how do they feel joy? or love? i want to know how krill's brain works.
dun no but like imagine being one of those species that don't get dopamine highs naturally it definitely would feel like a drug.
So does a51
I love this series so much, and your narration is amazing!
Me gaming for 13 hours straight: *MY GOALS ARE BEYOND YOUR MIND*
found your channle recently and im loving the HFY content keep it up you have a rely good voice
I actually really like this series
You have no right to be as good at this as you are, you're genuinely incredible!
I absolutely love your content and won’t stop watching. I don’t know what else to say other than...
“you’re doin good lad” - the amazing demoman.
"Highway Star" of Deep Purple plays at the moment the captain says "Hit it".
Saw these pop up in my recommended, was unsure what to think until i clicked on the venomous saliva vid
Now im hooked. The author did a great job writing this and you did the same voicing it!
