I cannot speak highly enough about this organisation. My mother-in-law had dementia and the clear visual display proved invaluable to her. There was a single glitch which the company very happily rectified. All the best guys.
It's a beautiful clock for anyone, not just visual or memory impaired. The font is great compared to digital clock fonts. And the simplicity and clarity are lovely. I wish it had an alarm feature, or that there were a version of this clock with an alarm.
I put self-adhesive Velcro on the back of the clock to stick it on a tiled wall in a easy to move way. I know that Daylight savings time is a pain but I would like to have the ability to set the days for the change in advance. Would like a 90Degree corner type power plug to better hide the wire. Dad loves this clock.
The clock is good, if it works! I had to send mine back twice. They have only reimbursed me for one lot of postage. I have chased several times over the past few months for reimbursement of the second lot of postage but they do no reply to my emails. They do not reimburse you for packaging or the hassle of taking it to the post office either.
This product may be simple to use, but has a major flaw - it does not automatically adapt to changes in Daylight Savings Time. I have discussed this with Dayclox, who are supposed to be experts in this technology and they said it was too difficult. They were unmoved when I explained that the 8 year old controllers and room thermostats for our heating system already do so. The feedback on their website is disingenuous, since it is unanimously favourable, and they justify their omission of this feature by saying it is easy to change manually. Well, take it from me that getting this done for my 96 year old mother was not easy this morning and she certainly can't do it for herself. The technology is available to alleviate this problem, but Dayclox can't be bothered!
Great Clock! But, can't reset the time for daylight savings. I have user instructions. The < or > do not create the blue box. I have it plugged into electricity with plug in provided. Help, please.
+Good Odds And Ends To set the time on your DayClox clock press and (quickly) release the Menu button (which will take you to the menu screen), use the left/right, up/down buttons to highlight and change the time (or other information), and press Menu again… that’s it!The secret is to “click” the Menu button… don’t hold it down to long.
Wow Amazing! So great product!

LOVE this clock for Mum , bought 2 Just don't like that if placed on the wall the cord is heavy so clock tips to side
Love the clock for my Mom who is 90 with dementia but I can't figure out how to change the language. It is not as easy as it looks.

When the person confuses what is A.M. and what is P.M., this type of clock does not help.
