Luda! I would love to see a video where you go in depth about how you organize your threads for larger kits or patterns and then also how you decide where to start and how you decide the best way to stitch the rest of the piece. 💜🤗
I love watching these beginner videos even though I’ve been doing cross stitch for about 5 years.
There’s always a chance I’ll learn something new.
Terrific tutorial - thank you so much Luda! I have a funny story regarding keeping your cross stitch together. You are right-keep your cross stitch together- like you said, you can lose things. Back in the day before project bags, it was around maybe 1987, I bought my first chart, thread, and metallic. During that time, I was flying from West coast USA to East coast- back and forth many times. Eventually, something happened to my chart and everything, I lost it during the shuffling back and forth. Fast forward, after raising 5 children and seeing each one of them graduate, the chart dawned on my mind and I wondered what happened to it. I decided to look on the internet to see if I can recognize the chart. Well. I couldn't believe it, Cobweb' s corner had the chart and I recognized it instantly! It was a cross stitch miracle! Praise the Lord! I bought it and now it is safe in my file. Anyhow, thought you might like that story!😊
Thank you Luda for this video. I think we all can learn from you so please don't stop teaching us. I love to watch your videos and wait patiently for every new one to be posted. I think you are one of my very favorite floss tubers. Love ya, Betty in Michigan
I loved your video of basic instruction. How I would love to be your neighbor. When I started out I had to get over the shock of following your counting pattern , instead of having a pattern printed on your material!! I didn’t think it could be done! Ha! I didn’t know you shouldn’t knot the end of the thread, so I did that. Oh my, I’ve had to learn a lot. I am not near as good as you, but I love cross stitching, and I love watching you! Hurry back please. I believe your first project you made is beautiful and amazing! Just purely beautiful. I don’t want you to reframe it! It is lovely!!!
Great tutorial....would love to see more. Thank you...💞
Thank you for this video Luda! As a new cross stitcher, I’m always happy to see and learn more to improve my work!
I started cross stitching 30 years ago when taught in school. From time to time i will pick up cross stitching. Recently I pick up again and open a kit i bought over 10 years ago and there was a tapestry needle in it. It was a wonder using it, my cross stitches are more even sized now.
🤗 Very nice of you to do this Luda!
I love your tutorial, thank you so much! Would love to see more tutorials, especially how to cross stitch a Mirabilia from beginning to end, you are amazing how you stitch the Mira’s!. How to follow patterns that are 4 pages or more. Also, how to stitch a Biscornu. Thank you so much, appreciate all your videos 👏😍
Thank you dear Luda for showing how to start Cross Stitch. You are a very talented Cross Stitcher doing very beautiful Cross Stitch pictures. 🌹🌷🌸
Greetings from Annie in Germany 💐🌼⚘
Stay healthy. 🍀💐
I too love watching beginner videos because you always pick up useful tips you never knew you needed! Great video!🙂
Luda! Thank you! I understand how to start and stop now. You are a really good teacher. I love your work so very much!
Thank you Luda, great video. I like your first cross stitch finish flower. Very pretty.
You once showed your beautiful floor frame for stitching. Can you please tell me where you hit it I have always wanted one since I saw it. Thank you. Love the videos keep going
Great video!
Hello my beautiful friend great video for beginners it is always nice to see how far we have come with our stitching, lv and hugs happy stitching xx
Another great video, thanks for sharing, I like your starting method
Thanks for all your suggestions,Luda! I’m not a beginner but kinda an intermediate I guess..but one can always learn more! Your English is very good. I learned a little Russian years ago,and helped many learn English over the years from Russia and other countries.not an easy language!.I love your first project.when it on the wall no one will put their nose in it to see mistakes! They will see it a foot away and say..wow,that is nice!
In Russia, almost every household has stitchers. So neat stitches and backs are a big deal there and only normal people look at the overall picture but stitchers look over everything and judge if someone is a good stitcher or not.
I love tutorial.
Love love love this video! I just started cross stitching last year, March. This has been extremely helpful, however, a little late 😜 I was silly and ambitious and started with a mirabilia (queen of freedom). Many helpful tips that I didn't know before. Would love more videos like this, if you're willing to share you tips and tricks 😃
Thank you!
Your first cross stitch is beautiful! Please DON'T ever remove it from the frame! I have my first ever needlepoint framed and I am very proud of it. I don't try to be perfect and the imperfections make it mine. I am now on my 5th project. It took me 2 years to do Winter's Hush by Dimensions. It was my 3 project. I am now doing a Riolis kit Swallow's Nest. I now like Riolis kits better. They are more fun and easier to stitch. Thank you for making videos.
I did not know there was a difference in Aida ,( back or front ) ,l have probably stitched on the back ..
Прекрасный английский! Очень здорово, что вы решили выходить на англоязычную аудиторию. Аналогов такого качественного видео о вышивке просто нет. Успехов вам!
Loved the video!!!
My question is, how do you remove the hoop marks from your projects that are still unfinished and how to use hoop on completed stitches without ruining them.
Im a new stitcher and my thread always twists and i can fix it even if i untwist my needle
Maybe im doing it wrong.
I am learning to cross stitch by myself because no one in my family does it
Thank you so much!!
Have a question... Do you change out the fabric in your LanArte kits or stitch with what it came with?
Hello thank you. Can you please show and explain mor detail about micro stitch? This is for starting?
