I did Atkins after my 3rd baby was born, and I went back to my high school weight and felt incredible! When we tend to eat more keto, I have never tried implementing that lifestyle change with our kids. I think kids need a well balanced diet .
Everyone does. But it should not cost an arm and a leg either.
Both my kids eat keto. Lots of protein, veggies. My oldest has hashimoto and is autistic. It was hard at first to switch her around but once I did she's doing so much better health and mental health wise .

I eat vegetables and lentils and a bean diet no meat what so ever I found it better for my hernia no issues since I started doing it my favourite thing to cook is roasted. Beetroots with either Avocado oil or olive oil with. Truffle spice

I love looking at your ideas. Cooking healthy for 1 can be hard. I eat tons of salads (loaded chef salads.) I use beets, beans, hard boiled eggs etc.

Those dog bones would be good BBQ but you just need to get Cauliflour Veg's boil it and grate first make into a pizza base egg I suppose to keep together...with spices...

My kids love polish sausage and Mac and cheese bake..
Neisha has a YT channel and she is keto ish mostly carnivore and her husband is carnivore. Their kids eat like their mom, their son actually prefers meat. They started them very early. I think if it was me wanting to start with kids, I would start total keto to begin with and slowly transition to carnivore..it does not have to be strict carnivore. Love your videos! My advice to you when you start to implement a dietary change is to have an older girl stay home with the younger kids when you go shopping. I know they love to come shopping, but it will make the transition easier.

yellow fin tuna is same as albocre...processed meat
I cut up my stew meat in to 3rd or halv3s so it seems like they get more meat in every bite
Too much saturated fat and potential coronary artery disease for me with the consumption of all the meats 🥵 however I love keto! I tweak it and combine more of a plant based died with inclusion of salmon and other healthy wild fish ☺️❤️🙏🏻
Is Keto costly?
@@ZXX984 it depends. if you eat all the meats ( I don't eat any meat, but that's just me) then yes it sure can be!
If you do salmon and other fish, as opposed to all the heavy meats, then not too bad.
What I find is that if you utilize a vegetarian /vegan keto lifestyle , then it's very manageable, financially.
I hope this helps.... and makes sense? it's more of a lifestyle thing for me. I am not strict keto but given that I am turning 60 soon , I have found that excessive carbs seem to cling onto me too much 😂. In the end, it's all about balance I suppose 🙏🏻🙏🏻

He had an accident in’15 resulting in 8 back surgeries. He was a real physical help around the house but not anymore. I’ll try this out for him and our son who needs to eat better. Meat is protein which your body needs, and you can get meats with less fat if you look. Fat is not necessarily bad. We need some fat in our diets

I would use
Steak pieces
Carrots
Potatoe
Onions
Gravy
Beef stock
A couple of splashes of Worcester sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
I would pop my beef and onions into the slow cooker with my onions for a few hrs to it's nice and falling apart then have my potatoes and carrotscooked thwn pop it in to the slow cooker as well for a further few hrs,but top tip always nicer the day after.
I don't have a proper recipe. I just add ingredients with my heart as my nanny did. Some places in Ireland add turnip. it just depends on what you where from x

No. Many colleges take homeschooled kids and in fact want homeschooled kids because they sometimes have better grades. My niece was homeschooled and got accepted to several places.
Are the WOW strawberries ok to buy even if they’re not organic?
I don’t think organic is any better for you then non. Just wash your fruit before you eat it. That’s enough imo
