Beautiful card, Cathy! You don't need to 'correct' yourself from saying "splatter" to "spatter". (I wish no one had ever mentioned it.) They both mean essentially the same thing in the dictionary & I'm betting more of us say splatter than spatter. I say 'splatter' because Tim Holtz named it the SPLAT BOX for a reason! LOL
I always say splatter…we’re splattering the ink or the paint or whatever we’re using!!! It’s SPLATTER❤️❤️❤️

Your cards and videos are wonderful. So are your designs. It would be really good if SSS would have their dies precut , it is really impossible for those of us with low hand strength to cut apart so many dies. Maybe they will think about it?
Well, the issue is that it would add to the cost. We get our dies made in the United States which is something we're very proud to say, and we try to minimize the cost by making in the USA by nesting dies together and having them tabbed.
This card is awesome, really like your choice of greenery. The stamps are really great. I always try to have extra leaves, ferns, etc in my embellishment box. Thanks so much for sharing your amazing and creative talent. I remember when you were first started doing videos and WOW you have really rocked the card making industry. In forensics it’s the blood splatter
Ohhhh. Did not know!
Many people use the words spatter and splatter interchangeably. If you'd like to be precise, use spatter for small particles of liquid. Reserve the use of splatter for large messes. However, there's no need to get out the tape measure!

That's really pretty! I love those shades of green and the delicate sentiment. I'm still new to card making and am curious about something. What determines whether you use black or clear embossing ink? Does it depend on what color embossing powder you use, or is it just personal preference?
I use embossing ink when I'm planning to use embossing powder. Sometimes I decide I just want to have a greeting in black but it's really just a gut feel. I think on a really simple card like this having a little bit of gold as more than a stamped black greeting would!
